I think its kagami uchicha...and he has a son its obito uchicha.

obito, kakashi and sarutobi assuma are the same age. bcoz kakashi and assuma are both instructors in the academy.

kagami uchicha and hiruzen sarutobi are the same age.

kagami knows kakashi bcoz obito is same team with kakashi..

After the death of obito, kagami wants revenge.

I think what tobi means kakashi live with regrets is related with his father sakumo hatake(white fang of the leaf) who have suicided.
