Not sure about that but what Tobi said to Kakashi is really suspicious here:

How does he know Kakashis personal feelings? How does he knows kakashi lived a life of regrets?

And look at the reaction afterwards. Both Kakashi and Gai are surprised by what he says cuz they wonder how he knows that. That's why Gai even ask "just...who are you...?"

Tobis reply is also weird when he says "you never remember faces, so what point is there in telling you?" He don't remember faces? Does that means Gai has already seen his face?

So i think Tobi=Obito is even more likely possible after this chapter

I think Tobi is Kagami Uchiha, he might have been a teacher at the academy when Kakashi and Might Guy were just Genins, the Izuna theory gets thrown out the window cuz Madara even said he's dead and Tobi doesn't have his Mangekyou Sharingan and he's was born and died YEARS before Kakashi and Might Guy were born, it can't be Obito cuz he doesn't know much and if it was him he would have known more about Minato cuz he was shocked when Minato whooped him
