TOBI not using Rinnegan

Has anyone noticed till now that Tobi have not yet used any of the Rinnegan techniques.
When Kabuto kidnapped Yamato, Tobi just said him that he can use the Rinnegan to get everything out of Yamato but it will kill him.
Then when Kakashi & Gai joined the fight against the Edo-Jinchurikis, that time also Kakashi said that Tobi will not use rinnegan techniques because he knew that they will counterattack it.
But is this reason enough for Tobi not using the Rinnegan techniques?

Yeah, they are expensive but with the help of rinnegan he could have prevented the loss he's suffering like he could have assisted the bijuus during their battle with Naruto and Killer Bee.

Can be.Lets see in the upcoming mangas whether he can handle Naruto, Kakashi and Gai without using them.

Id have to look, but I believe they pointed out that he couldnt control the jinchuuriki's in their transformed state AND use his rinnegan techs because it would be too much. Kakashi pointed that out.

I believe the ability to use those 6 jinchuriki paths was a power of the rinnegan. The eyesight vantage point thing. Also the ability to summon the Mazo. Maybe as for actual combat powers nayyy

plot no jutsu, is the only reason this war is still going on. kabuto should have been won this war by himself, hell just two of his endo should have beenenought to take out the whole army, Deidara and pain and maybe madara could have end this war along time ago, but no thanks to plot no utsu we have to keep reading, thanks kishi i guess, no way if deidara keeps blowing himself can the kages and the army wouldn't be able to stop him, come on, tobi has a lot of tricks thaats for sure

Cuz he does not have the chakara of nagato.
