I'm only new to this board, and am already sick of seeing the whole Izanami requires same thing as Izanagi does. It's just silly, they are two DIFFERENT techniques. Nothing has been stated on what you need for Izanami and well...
Now back on topic.. I personally have been having both thoughts of Tobi being an Uchiha, then also not being an Uchiha.
However, some ways to disprove a few of the OP's arguments about him not being an uchiha are as follows:
1) Sharingan no Chakra Drain? - I cannot explain this one with any solid evidence from the manga, but one would assume that Tobi would have a godly amount of chakra.. seeing that he plans to solely extract two Bijuu (8 tails and 9 tails).. He has also been able to summon the Gedo Mazo statue. Among other things, Hashirama's DNA may be playing some part in how his chakra is controlled. We know for fact that Tobi has Hashirama's DNA from when we saw Minato cause Tobi to bleed the "white" blood. Taking this point on too, we could related it to how little chakra drain Danzo has even with the 10 Sharingan and Shisui's eye. This is all just my opinion though.
2) Knowledge -his vast knowledge of the Uchiha clan can be gained through acquaintances. I personally believe that Madara Uchiha could've explained some of the history to Tobi, this meaning that the two know eachother personally...

It can be seen that at first, it seems as if it could be Orochimaru could be "Him" but Kabuto backs it up possibly alluding to Tobi being "Him". If this is true, I would not put it passed Madara to explain the history of the clan to Tobi, if it was a required part to this plan.
3) I couldn't really think of an argument for his extended Izanagi time. Danzo could use Izanagi for a minute. I can't even think of a valid explanation for this. He can only go intangible for 5 minutes, and an izanagi would be the sixth minute. There's obviously something unexplainable there.
However it is a good theory none the less, I too have also noted that he has NEVER shown to have deactivated his Three Tomoe Sharingan (we've never seen Tobi with a Mangekyou for reasons unknown).
Anyway, feel free to flame this opinion as much as you please, it is nothing but a mere expression of my feelings on this matter.
