not sure a simple thing like that would help you break free from a STRONG genjutsu. remember that time naruto and kakashi fought itachi. naruto wasnt able to break free himself. so as i mentioned earlier, it would have to be an outside source.

The itachi fight you're talking about was WAY before Naruto and the Fox formed an alliance. It's said in the manga that only a perfect jinchuuriki can break free from Genjutsu, like Bee does.
