I am thinking that he might be planning to put sasuke in a genjutsu to fake his real face that it seems he is Madara but it failed. itachi must have implanted amaterasu to sasuke to activate when Madara is going to use a technique against him. the crow on naruto might be some sort of an MS skill to activate against be some sort of an MS skill to activate against some certain techniques for counter..

I somewhat understand you concept about amaterasu being activated if Madara trys to use a genjustu on Sauske, but the rest is pretty murky... Let's say if Itachi implanted amaterasu into Sauske to activate everytime he looks at Madara, then Madara will always begin to burst into black flames when every Sauske looks his way. But your thread is very confusing.......

I think that as well. But I think it will be used as a counter attack for Madara and Sauske. Just in case Sauske turns completely evil(already happenend in my opinion). Justso they won' tbe able to use their sharingans.
