Raiton:Raiton Tatchi|Lightning Release:Lightning Touch
Type: Supplementary
Rank: A
Range: Short
Chakra: 30
Damage: 60
Description: The user when grabbing hold of the opponent begins pouring their Raiton chakra into them, in doing so the opponent's body stores the foreign chakra and any attempt on performing lightening jutsu(A Rank or below) becomes useless as the foreign chakra plays as a short circuit, causing the opponent to receive a shock when attempting to build up their Raiton chakra, having them left slightly numb & react at a slower pace for 1 turn. This would also release the opponent from any genjutsu placed on them as the user pours their chakra into them. Does not affect other chakra natures while they do not affect the user's placed chakra either.
-Usable twice

If you could please perform the jutsu & any questions you have regarding it

Grabbing a hold of the clones arm, Kiyoka begins pouring her lighting chakra into the arm of the clone. The body of the clone starts to store it away as if it is his own chakra. As Kiyoka uses a doton technique the clone tries to use an A _rank lightning move but fails due to the amount of lighting foreign chakra stored prior.

Cool all done :)
Just a short summary to read through.

Once you grab hold of your opponent, you continue to manipulate your lightning chakra & have it spread into them as you maintain a hold of them. This is a rapid insertion of chakra so it only takes a short moment. For a turn your chakra circulates along with the opponent's & any attempt at manipulating their Lightning chakra causes a violent reaction, shocking the opponent. Their body is left feeling numb & they are left slightly disorientated having them react at a slower pace than usual, both for a single turn after being shocked.
