To perform this technique, the user must first acquire some of the DNA of the person they intend to revive. Kabuto remarks that this basically amounts to grave-robbing, although blood stains or organs salvaged after the target's death also work. The soul of the intended revived must also reside in the pure world (浄土, jōdo); those whose soul has been consumed by the Death God, for example, cannot be resurrected. Next, a living sacrifice is required for the soul of the resurrected to use as a vessel.[2]

The seal for the ritual.
Once all prerequisites for the technique have been met, the physical remains acquired are smeared on a special scroll and once the scroll is activated, the remains spread out in the form of a special symbol with the living sacrifice in the centre of the symbol. Then dust and ash encases the sacrifice's body, giving them the same appearance that the revived had at the time of their death. The person is then revived and the end product is usually stored in a casket until summoned by the user. The user can theoretically revive a limitless number of people in this way, so long as they have enough sacrifices, chakra and DNA to perform the technique

oo another theory is that he can use one of the eyes and use izangai to create that harshima clone into something epic or give the black zetsu the rinngean the other one

but basically what iam is implying and assuming is that tobi can reanimate the uchia clan and old ones aand any other legendary ninja making it his elite soilders

lol would be epic if he used his 100,000 zetsu's as sacrifices to summon all of the uchiha clan back as his slaves via the DNA of the eyes O_O

I always wondered why he had all those eyes. I figured at first he would use them for Zetsu.. but if that was the case he would have just sided with them in the coup de ta. Therefore, I think it has something to do with a personal ability like up keeping the moon eye plan if it goes into action or something similar.
Unless he likes avoiding common sense idk.

I can see Tobi using IWR to bring back his whole clan to fight in the war, but using Zetsus as the sacrifice is a really good idea. I also think that's what he was going to use Nagato's Rinne Tensei for to revive his clan but since that plan is no longer avail, IWR will do.

I've actually read some theories when i first joined this site on how fugaku is Tobi, but that seemed a little far fetched.
Shisui is possible as well, he was known for manipulating people without them realizing it. I thought it was possible that he made Itachi "think"that he killed him, which helped him gain his MS, but then I think How would danzo get his eye if he was alive.

At one point in time I also thought Tobi was Uchiha Kagami. ( a Uchiha we've only seen once, I don't think Kishimoto would have brought him up if he didn't have any importance later on).

There is a lot of evidence that makes Tobi look like someone other than Madara, but there is evidence that makes you believe that he could be Madara as well.

i madea point that if tobi was madrar then shouldnt he be the same age as the elders like when mito was consoleing kushina
or like when that elder of the mist gave mei her hat


i have rreasons why i belive tobi could be fugaku
and its weird that he didnt use both eyes until konan
i could go on but i am tired
