Just jokin kids xd 2 thoughts in mind so here I go.
What if senju's or the 1st himself could some how make u split like muu. Maybe the fight with madara and the 1st madara was split by the 1st but couldn't fully capture his soul half cuz of an Ems tech or the rinnengan tech. Thus that soul half madara goes into a host(shell) maybe like zetsu mixed wit sum izuna or obito and is now tryin to get his perfect body back instead of being filled with transplants and zetsu sperm xd oooooorrrrr
What if senju's or 1st himself could deactivate sharingans. Like not make them work any more. Or some how take a kg away from you. I donno juz thinkin. Wat ya guys think ?
