Tobi is not strong

Can people please stop refrencing tobi as strong or ever that he can beat naruto. Tobi has yet to do anything to anyone and the only reason he beat konan is because he had Izanagi (one) and he snuck up behind her to kill her. all he does is become intangible and run from people. To me that is not strength.

thats the thing though, he AVIODS every attack. He's never actually fought anyone, he either has other people fight for him or attacked people when hes intangable.. Even when Madara had controlled over the 9 tails he still fought himself.

Well intangibility is one of his powers, it's just the way it is. Having the power of intangibility and a s/t tech is pretty powerful IMO. I know if you strip him of intangibility he would be weaker, but Kishi gave him that power so he could be one of the strongest characters in the manga for a reason.....

He only started the war because they believed he was madara and fear MADARA'S power.. hence why the kages are fighting MADARA and sent naruto to fight tobi.
