[Discussion] Tobi is not Obito because

Ok so I used the search button and I couldn't find anything quite related to what am thinking. So without wasting your time I will tell you why tobi is not Obito. The biggest point Obito fans make is that he is Obito because hes sharingan has a similar ability as kakashi. But when you think about it when one has MS one eye has ninjustu ablities while the other has genjustu. So if tobi is obito it would only make sense that his right eye will have a genjustu ablity not the same as kakashi. Get my point?
