chapter 561 pg 10~ kyuubi becomes all enraged when he senses Madara's chakra... Naruto has encountered Tobi before prior to this... and the kyuubi never even sensed madaras chakra the slightest...

i still am undecided who he really is. but how do we know madara was the only one able to summon the fox. for all we know it could be any strong uchiha able to.

he summoned the fox and took control over it with his sharingan and also walked passed the barrier even the fourth assumed he was madara. tobi summoned and took control of the fox just like madara. and madara was the only one to control the fox with his sharingan.

and if you look at the timeline there hasnt been an uchiha other than madara who controlled the kyuubi with the sharingan. cuz it was in mito during the fight between hashirama and madara. then narutos mom had the kyuubi and then naruto had it so the only person to ever control the fox with the sharingan was madara.

Those were the only two that got mangekyou that we know of

Actually Shisui killed himself. Shisui's MS was activated when Itachi met him the last time. He used Kotoamatsukami on Itachi and made him to kill Shisui and that way he got his Mangekyo sharingans.
