I think Tobi has a third eye which is a sharigan on his forhead. His current mask hask has three eye holes and one of them is in front of his forehead. In Chpt.508 when Konan blew off half his mask, you can see he has bandages over his forehead. I think thats how hes his ghost-like abilities.

Tobi can't look at someone and create a barrier to suck them in, can he? If its the same, then he should be able to and Kakashi should be able to go intangible. Also, the fact that it doesn't strain his chakra.

1. They dont need to have the exact same technique, they just need to be "simular". These are two different eyes we are talking about, everyone just thinks its from the same person (obito).

2. You dont know if the S/T techniques have any strain on Tobi. Just because Tobi hasnt said it does doesnt mean it doesnt. If that makes sense lol.

If you think about it, it actually explains a lot. Like when he fought konan he felt like his two front eyes were like disposables and he needed mangekyo for izanagi or whatever its called, and we didn't see a mangekyo sharingan, therefore it could've been hidden under the bandages on his forehead. The bandages could've covered it up like how danzo had bandages on his arm that was concealing all those sharingans. And his S/T techniques can be done with it too (similar to kakashi's and we can clearly see kakashi's mangekyo but we can't see tobi's) Which also explains how their sharingans can be linked (maybe obito's eyes) You have to think about all the facts and hints leading to this. Sure the mask is the sharingan in the rinnegan design but you never know, at this point kishimoto could pull out anything in the story.

The idea that Tobi has more than two eyes is not a new idea. As we saw with Danzo, those eyes don't even need to be in his head: They could be on his arm, or on his torso, or on his legs. There are lots of parts of Tobi's body that we haven't seen yet in the manga.

We know he has a whole room filled with sharingan eyes in jars. You don't need to keep a room filled with spares if you aren't using them.

Hypothetically, Tobi finds an Uchiha with MS eyes with powerful space/time techniques like Kamui but at the next level. Tobi kills him and takes the eyes for himself, implanting them on his body in places to allow his body to be teleported to the other dimension and making himself intangible.

It's not a terrible theory, and it does explain why Tobi seems to have MS-level techniques (Super-Kamui and Tsukuyomi) without ever having displayed an MS sharingan in his eye hole. Even at times when people are passing through him and he's in the middle of using his space/time jutsu, his eye is still clearly a normal sharingan and not an MS one. That could be because he does have an MS, but it's somewhere else.

I see you gettin flamed for wat seems plausible but many others just cant seem to wrap there tiny brains around this concept.With that being said while I agree that he has a third eye on his forehead what I dont agree on is the part it being his ghostly jutsu its obvious that it comes from his visible sharingan xd.+Rep
