I don't think so. If you look closely that third hole in his mask doesn't line up properly with his forehead which is where you might think a third eye would be, that third hole looks like it's more around his hair.

Yes, they use the same dimension. Doesn't mean its the same jutsu. They both work differently.

Tobi can't look at someone and create a barrier to suck them in, can he? If its the same, then he should be able to and Kakashi should be able to go intangible. Also, the fact that it doesn't strain his chakra.

umm he actually did, and kakashi wouldnt warp himself becuase he doesnt know exacly where the shit goes only that if he did try that he may not be able to come back, if he knew he could warp the stuff back he may have used it for transportation of goods and stuff. but how would he be able to know that, its not even his sharingan
