I think Tobi has a third eye which is a sharigan on his forhead. His current mask hask has three eye holes and one of them is in front of his forehead. In Chpt.508 when Konan blew off half his mask, you can see he has bandages over his forehead. I think thats how hes his ghost-like abilities.

That makes sense i mean if that technique is unique to that eye then it would of been loss in the battle with konan yet he can still use it so its possible i would put my money a third eye esp since his make has 3 markings a subtle clue that i didnt even pick up +REP

It's not the same Jutsu. Itachi, Sasuke and Madara all share Susano'o. Oh yeah, the pic was when Tobi was talking about the Uchiha clan.

Lol, no. The one jutsu reference was Tobi's S/T migration and Tobi's intangibility being one jutsu. If it was the same jutsu, Tobi would have used it by now instead of trying to suck in his opponents at close range.
