I wouldnt call tobi weak because kakashi only cracked his mask and naruto rasengan injure his arm. I think tobi might find way to counter that. He can use izanagi.He has physical strength to stop saigetsu sword and naruto so easily. He can regrow his limbs. Its going to be difficult killing him. I admit little frustrated with for not using rinnegan or showing his powers.

Tobi is far from weak.. if anything he is just playing it smart like any decent fighter would. Wasting the enemy blows can do many things to the opponent aggravation, fatigue, despair and so on. but anyways I believe he was just toying with them before and he will more than likely step it up as the manga progresses.

On a side note I am hoping he has the ability to phase into one of their bodies and rip a heart out that would be pretty bad ass imo.

Ffs he was defending gedo mazo and u know he was outnumbered .He easily dodge/intangible 3 attacks and they barely hit him.Also his fan block naruto rasengan like a boss ,also he use uchiha technique to make a barrier at gedo mazo and the 8 tails got burned from it.

Now sit down ,if u want weak,go see tenten ,she's ****ing weak as hell.
