Hey guys! Well i thought making this discussion since i saw a lot of people saying that Tobi has MS and that he doesn't have! In my opinion he does not have just for the simple fact that he has a sharinghan always in the same shape of a "standard" one! So if you disagree and have some arguments about it please just post here!

I think he is going to use the rennigan as the source of the tsukyomi

1. He used a genjutsu with power comparable to the Kotoamatsukami, on Yagura, a perfect Jinchuriki. We all know Kotoamatsukami is the most powerful genjutsu ability to date and anything that is comparable to it must be a MS ability.

I dont think he has it. After he warped from konans explosion we would hve seen it. He just has an incredibly strong 3 tomoe. How would he unlock it? Tobi called himself "noone", he was probably never close to anyone enough to trigger MS.
i dont know if he does the reason it isnt shown is because it will give away who he is and destroy popular theorys. like if he had kakashi's mankegyo design it would be obvious who he was but if he has a new design the obito and izuna theories would be out of the park and trashed, while someone like kagami would be looked into more.

Nah, there is a reason for him wanting to succeed in the eye of the moon plan. Someone close to him has had to have died for him to have the motivation for this. Some random guy doesn't just decide one day he wants a singular and complete form for all so there will be truth and not lies.

S/T Technique is Tobirama's jutsu. It's not an MS jutsu.
As for controlling Kurama, it was said that a normal sharingan did have the power to control Kurama.
I'm not sure if he has it or not, but I would guess not.

Tobi's S/T tech is connected to his Sharingan. Controlling a tailed beast is a MS ability.

Wrong we saw tobi control kurama with just 3 tomoe, and we saw madara control the kyuubi with a 3 tomoe.

No because only Madara Uchiha has displayed the MS in terms of controlling a bijuu. Tobi has not therefore it can be controlled with just a 3 tomoe. The page clearly shows a 3 tomoe controlling it. You have 0 proof for tobi having a MS since there is no proof in the manga that supports it.

This thread probably might get trashed due to the circumstances of it being about Tobi. But, since this IS about his EYES (and not about his idenity) I'll add in my two cents.
The only time we should have seen tobi's eyes change is when he used Izanagi on Konan. That being an MS Tech
The thing that im confused about, is that why does Kamui require the sharingan change to an MS tech, while tobi's is not needed for his S/T jutsu? They are both in the same class origin of altering space and time aren't they? Tobi's regular 3 Tomo sharingan can cancel out an MS tech, NOW THAT'S AMAZING! This guy is shrouded in secrets.
