Tobi DOES NOT have Mangekyo Sharingan

That is not true, you do not need a MS to activate Izanagi, or else Danzo could not have used it with the non-MS eyes he had implanted on his arm.




The Naka Shrine Does not say that the MS controls the Kurama...it spells out the Sharingan's ability to control him, it was never said that ONLY the Mangekyou variant of the Sharingan can control him...therefore we can assume that the regular 3-tomoed Sharingan can be used as well. We can't say that tobi has the MS because he managed to control Kurama.

No Itachi clearly stated that you need the Mangekyou Sharingan to control the kyuubi...it not the regular 3 tomoe sharingan. He specifically stated that controlling the kyuubi was one of the secrets to the MS

I think he does,cuz with normal sharingan he couldn't suck ppl in his eye or bring them out i am talking about sasuke and danzo's fight,he must have MS if he is able to do this.

You can't completly say YES or NO. Here's why:
PROs:
- He controlled the Kyuubi. Itachi said you can only do it after you unlock the MS.
- He can use S/T techs, which always come out from his right eye. No other 3TS user can do it.

CONs:
- We've never seen the design of his hypothetical MS. If had one, he's definatly only the right eye, which is always showed as 3TS.
- No drawback whatsoever by spamming his S/T techs, which we supposed were MS techs.
- Itachi believed Tobi was Madara, the same person, so I dunno how much truth we can take from him. The fact he said that you can control the Kyuubi only if you have the MS, it could be just an assumption, considering Madara was the only one capable of doing it and he was famous for being the first with his brother to unlock the MS.
