Tobi is clearly using his Sharingan/Rinnegan to control the Juubi. Madara too can use his Sharingan/Rinnegan to hypnotize the Juubi into his command, not to mention he also has Mokuton to try to restrain it.

You're implying that the Juubi won't be able to resist Mokuton if Kurama seemingly did it so well? And Madara can't just override Tobi's Sharingan control.

And Tobi beats Madara with his S/T techs either way.
