i think its hard to say because tobi could only use the jinchuuriki because of kabutos edo tensai, so minus that it would be just him and the gedo mezo. i think madaras perfect susanoo and kyuubi would have a chance plus izanami or izanagi if neccessary plus we didnt even see the perfect susanoo in action, id bet he can do massive damage if his practice swing leveled a mountain

Edo Madara will have all the time in the world to figure out how Tobi's S/T techs work once he's chillin' in Tobi's personal dimension.

If Madara can use Izanami or Izanagi it's also the case of Tobi. At least Tobi has already shown he is capable to do that in the contrary of Madara who has no feats about it. Kyubi is in Naruto, so you can't add it as his weapon since he can't use Kyubi and even if he could, not even sure he could use Kyubi since Tobi also has shown to be able to summon and control Kyubi. So don't know the one who will be able to control Kyubi in this case. And finally, Gedo Mazo>>>>>Perfect Susanoo. You can't even compare. Even if somehow he is the one to control Kyubi he still has no chance. Kyubi said himself that he wasn't a match
