Tobi cant be obito

Kakashi can use kamui only when he is using ms, but we have seen tobi use time space jutsu similar to kamui when he is using the normal sharingan.

Obito was still a kid or dead when Tobi attacked konoha.

If Kishi wants Tobi to be Obito then that's who he'll be. I surely hope Tobi's not Obito, but now I'm not the author of this manga.

Obito was a student of Minato though, so he had to have been born before the attack.. Also, in the flashback to the attack on Konoha Kakashi is shown fully grown.
