Tobi CAN make whatever he's touching go intangible

Obviously he made himself intangible,he could have made Naruto intangible but what a waste that would be.

He could have made himself intangible but he would have to re-materialize to give himself some footing so he doesn't fall out the earth...pressure from that re-materialization should crush any part of him sooo this is why i say he makes the area intangible, just like how he can make other things intangible.

He could have just left his feet tangible and the rest intangible. But I think the can control the gravity around him like Nagato can. That can be another reason for him being the originator of Nagato's Rinnegan.

He simply just did not make Torune nor the area around them Intangible, but solely himself.

IDK for a fact if he is using the Sharingan to warp things or if its still just some Space/Time Jutsu he knows, but Torune wasn't intangible, and warping something is different from changing its physical properties.
