I can think of a few possibilities... for Obito I'm guessing his Ultimate will be either the Fire Style technique combined with Kamui, something where he summons the Gedō Mazō, or that Wood Style technique in the flashback where he created a tree that crushed all of those ninja to death.
For Madara, I think three possibilities too - either the meteorite technique, the Wood Dragon, or the giant forest of poisonous flowers, followed by him incinerating it (and the opponent) with that huge Fire Style technique like he did in that chapter.
