Nah I don't think he can use the jinchuriki anymore since naruto released their bijuu from there chains. Tobi absorbed them back into that ugly one-eyed thing. So you can't really count them. But its still kinda up for debate because it depends if Tobi is a real Uchiha and can use his sharingan and rinnegan without exhausting himself and his chakra.

Madara was never shown to be as fast as Minato in base speed, Minato's base speed is comparable to A's speed in his lighting armor!

@TOPIC: By what we have seen, Madara would take them both with difficulty, putting the newly improved Sasuke is an auto win IMO.

The Gedo Mazo hasn't even been activated yet? Hasn't been in any battles or anything. I'm just saying key factors in this battle is Madara true extent of power because he is just toying with the 5 kages for the most part. & Tobi's true extent of power. Hopefull we'll see them both within the next 5-10 manga.
