Tobi and his Right Sharingan

Alright, we all know that Tobi has a Sharingan in his right eye. What I want to know is everyone's opinion on whether it's a basic 3 tomoe Sharingan, a Mangekyo Sharingan, or an Eternal Mangekyo Sharingan. And before you give me your opinion I just wanted to offer some possible evidence to what Tobi's Sharingan might be.

First of all, Sasuke and Itachi stated that in order to control Kurama, you need to have at least the Mangekyo Sharingan. Here is the proof:

But here we see Tobi using his 3 tomoe Sharingan to take control of Kurama:

Also here we see Madara using his 3 tomoe Sharingan to take control of Kurama, not his EMS:

And of course there is Tobi's s/t tech, that to our knowledge should require at least the Mangekyo Sharingan to perform

So with all those things taken into consideration, what kind of Sharingan does Tobi have in his right eye, in your opinion? And remember these are only opinions, there are no right or wrong answers. I just want to see what everyone else thinks

Personally believe its either an ms or possibly an ems.
His s/t tech is derived from his sharigan and to my knowledge that isnt one of the abilities the shairgan grants. It must be an ms technique. Besides he had the opportunity to implant both rennigan eyes, yet he implanted only one. This hints that his sharigan has abilities that he intends to keep and possibly abilities that the rennigan cannot do

I agree to some extent, but Tobi is seen possing two abilities that would consider logical of him to posse two MS abilities such as his Space/Time Ability and Tangible Abiltiy Technique. Since he did implant the Rinnegan in one of his eye sockets, that process would removed one of the abilities such as his Space/Time Technique. Giving him only the ability to move through solid objects.

If he was to posse EMS, want he/Kishi show more abilities than just an everyday Jutsu or MS ability from what we seen in the Manga?

PS: I'm not only assuming, but I'm also clarifying if think my statement was comprehensible.

IMO, I disagree with his intangible ability being part of his Sharingan. It could easily just be a regular, albeit powerful technique. As for his s/t technique, that has been shown to be related to his eye as it often but not always centers around it.

But like I said this is all opinion because we do not know, and the intention of this thread is to debate this
