Before we go onto toad techniques, regarding the summons you learnt, they have their own kenjutsu attacks which is cool, so here they are:Aha you're too kind man
I'll give you a vm if any of the senseis literally stop training, though doton is going too slow and I need it for jiraiya ;_;
Gamahiro is seen as the other toad along with gamabunta and gamaken, He is amazing in dual kenjutsu known for weilding the two katanas and and expert close combact fighter, clearly visible in the fight between pain and naruto.
He can be summoned above enemies to crush them xd . And of course, he is a master of close combat, Taijutsu and is ableto use oil techniques to assist summoners.
(Kuchiyose no Jutsu: Gamahiro) Summoning Technique: Gamahiro

Description:
Gamahiro is a gigantic toad warrior, rivaling the size of Gamaken and Gamabunta. Although little is known of his personality, as he isn't too keen to speaking, he embodies the true essence of a warrior. Sometimes summoned above an enemy to crush it to death, his main abilities are his prowess in close combat and his mastery in wielding his twin katanas (strapped on his back). A master of Taijutsu (mainly variations of Strong Fist) and Kenjutsu (mainly dual wielding Kenjutsu), he is a very dangerous close combat warrior. With strength and agility that rivals Gamaken's, he's generally dispicted as one of the top warriors amongst the toads of Myobokuzan, a fitting condition that is further proven by his immunity to all B-Rank and below ninjutsu. Like most toads, he can use Oil techniques. A trait unique to him is that from the large toads, Gamahiro is the only one so far seen summoned using the (Kuchiyose: Yatai Kuzushi no Jutsu) Summoning Technique: Food Cart Destroyer to crush an enemy.

Gamakichi is the elder of the two sons of Gamabunta, is an expert in both fire and water up to S rank, unlike his dad who only can perform upto s rank water. He also like his dad battles with a Katana. He is also an amazing summon due to his senjutsu prowess. making all his attacks senjutsu as he had partially learnt senjutsu , though he doesnt know completely, his attacks are considered senjutsu.

Description:
Gamakichi is the personal summon of Naruto and Jiraiya and one of Gamabunta's children. He was first summoned by Naruto Uzumaki because Naruto couldn't focus his chakra during the beginning of the battle with Gaara, but has grown since then into a fully adult toad. Very similar to his dad in both mentality and appearance, he stands at the same size as his dad. Like his father he also uses a giant Katana in combat. Capable of using Fire and Water up to S-Rank, he is also a good user of Taijutsu (mainly strong fist variations) and has a strength well above most boss summons. Similar to most toads, he can use Oil techniques. He apparently learned Senjutsu and is able to use Senjutsu attacks, much like The Two Great Sage Toads. If he is able to passively do it or if he is constantly in sage mode is not clear. However, his speed, power and the ability to infuse natural energy into his elemental ninjutsu techniques (effectively turning them into senjutsu techniques) makes him a formidable summon.

These are great for us as they give power to what would be free form attacks by our summons. My favorite is Gamaken's i summon him, block with his shield, attack with his fork which causes an A rank explosion then take that time to do what ever i need to like entering sage mode.

For the second jutsu, it's pretty much effective on all:
lightning would just ignite the oil with the wind
oil is more dense that water and with the wind behind it would be more effective
Fire would just ignite the oil and make the attack stronger
earth would be neutral to it
And it's a combo of wind and oil so stronger than normal wind

I'd go with doton to block it or just avoid it is the best bet.

Description: Wind Release: Toad Gun is a two-way collaboration jutsu with Gamatatsu. It is a wind upgrade version of water style: water gun technique. ^ just like the anime, the user provide wind nature manipulation and gamatatsu provode water nature manipulation which results in a strong Water gun technique, as water acquires sharper and cutting properties of win

^ One of my personal fav techniques of jiraiya, so OP @_@ , Reverse summons the gut of the mountain toad which practically inescapable if it weren't for itachi's amaterasu, it practically digests the opponent by beating it and dissolving him/her in digestive juices.

Description: The user will first perform Boar → Tiger and then by changing the surface of an object beneath an enemy into mud and creating a non flammable swamp, the user can sink his enemy into the mud. The adhesive, chakra-infused mud ensnares the enemy's body, making it almost impossible to recover one's strength and escape from the swamp. The size and depth of the created swamp depends on the user's skill and the amount of chakra used, but if the user is an expert in this technique, it will always be possible to make a fair-sized swamp which is extremely effective against a great number of enemies or when having to face gigantic creatures.
Thereby, since the two techniques were made simultaneously, the opponent is trapped in the swamp which is made instantaneously, (size of swamp is that of a giant lake, hence he will inevitably be stuck in it and has no physical way of getting out.) When he gets stuck, he instantaneously gets hit by the great fireballs (8 great fireballs to be exact xd ) , as they were made simultaneously with the swamp.
Inevitably dies.
