Sasuke didn't try to kill bee he needed to take him alive.
Bee had the upperhand because Sasuke underestimated him, and has no skills that are powerful for capturing.
Sasuke's two elements are fire and lightning with a push towards lightning, Kirabi is also a lightning user, this nullifies Chidori.
Chidori is possibily the only move in Sasuke's arsenal in which the variatons (Chidori senbon etc) would stun and not kill.
Speaking of Chidori, when he shocked Kirabi with the unfocused one in his hand, had he been trying to kill him he would have ran him through and it would have ended then and there.
Finally Amaterasu, Bee had no counter, speculating how version 2 would have done is invalid, version 2 is not as fast as raiton armor level 2.
There we have it folks, multiple reasons, now seriously take a minute and think about it, trying to beat others in to your way of thinking doesn't work, and also say he had help or it wasn't fair or it wasn't the real bee, Sasuke walked away the winner, deal with it.

I get what you're saying here, and especially agree with the type of *arguing* that goes on here.

Another one for Sasuke is he still wasn't 100% recovered from Itachi battle.



Lets also remember that Bee had trained all night: see chapter 408 around page 17.

and that A said Bee was stronger than him. (during a flashback).


And in my opinion, if it were just Bee vs Sasuke, both 100% and intent to kill - my $ would still be on Bee.

Killer bee had no counter, had sasuke not extinguished the flames he never would have cut off the tentacle bee was hiding in, had he not done that the entire of the eight tails with bee inside of it would have been engulfed in the flames for seven days, with no way of escaping, and slowly but surely he would have burned to death.
Amaterasu is a fatal attack, Blaze release is a defense, if the raikage was stupid enough to stick his arm in it then yes he would lose an arm, if the attack wouldn't kill anyone in your eyes, then why did he dodge it in the first place hmm?

Dude you lost. Amaterasu never killed anyone. Don't justify it. The inextinguishable flames suck ass. The only thing Amaterasu succeeded in killing were zetsu clones. The attack is also obvous when Sasuke's eye bleeds run away. Sasuke's only MS jutsu that doesn't suck

I am in no way attacking the original poster of the thread, but I am clarifying that Sasuke never beat Killer Bee. May I remind you guys that the purpose of Sasuke invading Kumogakure was to capture the Hachibi so he could be used for the Juubi's revival?

Several arcs later, he's alive. Had Sasuke succeeded in "beating" him, he would probably have been part of Tobi's Paths OR this war wouldn't even be going on.

They even resorted to fight to kill, just to take him down.

Now I don't know how anybody can POSSIBLY think that Sasuke would've won at that point and time.

Sasuke definitely didn't win that fight. It's possible that he might have won eventually, because the Hachibi is such a big target and amaterasu is so over-powered, but Killer Bee created a diversion and got out of there too quick. At that point if it was a fight to the death instead of trying to capture alive, Sasuke might have won just because he had Amaterasu left in his arsenal.

In terms of who had the upper hand throughout that fight it was definitely Killer Bee. Sasuke only survived that battle because of help from his team. If Juugo and Karin hadn't resurrected him, and if Suigetsu didn't distract the TBB, Sasuke would have died. If Killer Bee had come back from the tentacle to finish the battle, Sasuke and Team would have been too low on chakra to defeat him.

You say speculating is invalid, yet all i see in your posts are speculations disguized as "reasons" of how the fight would've gone if sasuke had done things differently...

And btw, the way u express urself reminds me of Napoleon Dynamite "God!!" and i can't help reading ur posts in his voice, which makes it really hard to take u seriously

And then when he took a lariat to the chest. That hole in his chest was huge, bloody, and graphic!

Here are the actual REAL facts.
Sasuke had help from three other people.
Two of those people healed him TWICE.
The other one saved him from getting hit with a TBB which would have probably obliterated him.
Suigetsu states that they fight to kill, thus meaning that is what they intended to do from them on.
Sasuke still gets his chest obliterated.
Bee escapes the technique you think is so unbeatable, yet has actually failed to kill ANYBODY yet.
Then Tobi tries to seal a fake Bee because the real Bee is chillin learning how to sing...
Sasuke at the time wasn't even phasing Bee, and the Hachibi said it himself. Bee even said he used Sasuke so he could leave the village unnoticed.

Manga facts, you provide none. Until I see any pages, your points are not going to be considered from here on.

manga contradicts your statement since the spectators of the fight clearly stated sasuke as winner.
obviously at that point sasuke would have lost in a 1 vs 1 but no one can deny the fact sasuke with his team, won.
