The samurai got it on his armor not his body.
The raikage got hit with a shield of "Blaze release" and lost his arm.
Killer bee had no counter, had sasuke not extinguished the flames he never would have cut off the tentacle bee was hiding in, had he not done that the entire of the eight tails with bee inside of it would have been engulfed in the flames for seven days, with no way of escaping, and slowly but surely he would have burned to death.
Amaterasu is a fatal attack, Blaze release is a defense, if the raikage was stupid enough to stick his arm in it then yes he would lose an arm, if the attack wouldn't kill anyone in your eyes, then why did he dodge it in the first place hmm?

Oh I'm well aware that Amaterasu COULD kill somebody, but the question was....

When DID IT? All the little Uchiha fans just throw that technique out there when it has YET TO KILL ANYBODY.

Also, the flames were still on Killer Bee when Sasuke cut the tentacle off...

And Blaze Release and Amaterasu are basically the same thing, it's just manipulating the shape of Amaterasu. A still got the black flames on his arm

then why he ameteratsu at all he had a mission as i stated before some one not using something that would have aloud them to win is their own fault for not using it skill fully that is why timing an percision is a the key to battles but logicly speaking sasuke lost to be 3 times afters his first death it was a fight to the death. him not using ameteratsu is his own fault. so he in that way sasuke lost the battle

The flames may have been on him, but Karin being in the way, or them even being that close would never have happened if he used them from the start with intent to kill instantly.
Blaze release is a shield, a shield is stationed around the user, Amaterasu is a shooting attack that managed to completely cover the eight tails nearly in one blast.
The difference is size, if Sasuke hit A with the original Amaterasu he would be dead.
Saying it hasn't killed anyone is pointless, Naruto doesn't have a death every week if it did all the characters would be dead already.

That is a fact the man died twice.

Now you may say killer bee was going all out and sasuke wasn't..that isnt the case.
Bee was toying with sasuke and his group throughout the battle never did he really go all out.

Sasuke could not beat Bee at that point. We all know Sasuke would destroy him now, but then He ate feces twice.

Considering Sasuke's one of my favorite characters, that's a bunch of BS.

I don't understand how it's hardcore denial. I put in how he basically died twice, how Suigetsu said they were fighting to kill, how Killer Bee survived Amaterasu, put in a character statement of how the Hachibi even said it wasn't needed, AND how Bee basically said Sasuke was used to get vacation time in, and you have yet to actually do anything other than bleat about how Sasuke "wasn't going all out".

If anybody is in denial, it sure as hell isn't me.

But I saw your avatar and was going to stop replying anyway, I can see you're peeved because I apparently insulted your favorite character. Sorry.

No, saying that it hasn't killed anyone has a point, it's basically saying that this site has a tendency to hype up a technique that hasn't done anything.

And Amaterasu could very well be weaker than Raikiri. It's faster, it's an almost one-hit K.O jutsu, but burns slowly.

You missed the point of this thread. No one, on either side was referring to EMS in any way. This was all about the fight when Sasuke had just obtained MS and was attempting to capture Bee with assistance from Taka.

Last time I checked sauske walked out of there with bee on his shoulders his mission was not to kill bee but too capture him with that said obito is a bitch for even sendin sauske to capture the 8tails and it almost cost him his life so dont hate on sauske aka young mayweather hahaha #undefeated

Here is actual fight breakdown

A little kick to the chest?
Bee was not impressed.
Taka thought the kick was great.
Bee said nope, ur boring mate.
Bee pulled out a book, so he could write.
Bee felt good, so he would fight.
Next thing to see, 8 swords are flying.
5 seconds later... Sasuke is dying.
Multiple swords, multiple cuts.
Then Bee kicked him square in the nuts.
Oh yeah, also 2 swords through the skin.
If Taka wasn't there - it was Bee's win.
That is sasuke death number 1.
But you can eat Karin, the fights not done.
Bee's getting bored. Taka is trying,
To regain composure as well as not crying.
Taka went "black fight" in a 1 v 4.
Bee didn't care, he'd own some more.
Taka's intent to kill proved to fail.
Bee got away, about to set sail.
But eatible Karin detected the Bee.
So he went cloak, red chakra to see.
Sasuke could dodge, that's sorta nice.
Bee didn't care. 3 more to slice.
Taka so scared, they jumped away.
So Bee charged back at lame Sasuke.
Tsukyomi? Eye blood and some pain.
Lariot for death number 2, insane!

Allowed Bee to get up, ready to strike.
Decimate sasuke, sasuke was like.

And better than Karin, you don't have to bite.

Mouth Kamehameha, more Taka fails.
Sasuke decides to call forth black flame.
And Bee got away, Taka equals shame.
Bee went on vacation, doing quit well.
Taka looked like, they came straight out of hell.

Bee would likely win.
Hachibi stated he did'nt even need to go full bijuu wich I agree upon, In version 2 he might also be able to dodge Sasuke's Emoterasu effectively, wich is something Sasuke could only pull off 1 or 2 times anyway.

Not to mention, Bee still eluded Emoterasu by using a tentacle clone, he could've aslo just struck Sasuke in the back, since Sasuke was tired to near death anyway.

God nobody makes valid points anymore, you think to win you just call the other person stupid.
Here have some facts.
Sasuke didn't try to kill bee he needed to take him alive.
Bee had the upperhand because Sasuke underestimated him, and has no skills that are powerful for capturing.
Sasuke's two elements are fire and lightning with a push towards lightning, Kirabi is also a lightning user, this nullifies Chidori.
Chidori is possibily the only move in Sasuke's arsenal in which the variatons (Chidori senbon etc) would stun and not kill.
Speaking of Chidori, when he shocked Kirabi with the unfocused one in his hand, had he been trying to kill him he would have ran him through and it would have ended then and there.
Finally Amaterasu, Bee had no counter, speculating how version 2 would have done is invalid, version 2 is not as fast as raiton armor level 2.
There we have it folks, multiple reasons, now seriously take a minute and think about it, trying to beat others in to your way of thinking doesn't work, and also say he had help or it wasn't fair or it wasn't the real bee, Sasuke walked away the winner, deal with it.

Hey guys, remember that one fight Sasuke won easily with Amaterasu? Remember that one time Amaterasu won a fight? Oh wait, it's never fking happened. People hype this jutsu so damn much. It has injured Raikage, and set aflame the 8 tails (kind of worthless since Bee can revert to normal, vanishing from within the flames, then return to 8-tails mode immediately). Closest it has come to victory was against Raikage, but it still hadn't stopped him.
