Anime = Naruto gets attacked by Sasuke, and then quickly scratches Sasuke's forehead

Furthermore, that chakra is from the rasengan.. it was chidori vs Rasengan. Sasuke still had the chidori on him, while Naruto had the chakra of the rasengan.

The reason this specific sub-topic was started was because you think that the Rasengan wouldn't damage Sasuke as badly? The circumstances arequite different however. If Naruto were to change his trajectory, the technique would still be complete and would create the force of forcing Sasuke backwards. You're showing a diminished Rasengan with no chakra-control or form.
