Because it's the same situation Pain fought to capture and bring back without the intent to kill but he lost and we all know Pain at that point could've killed naruto if he wanted too. Now Mr S=N is completely oblivious of the fact that Genjutsus have no firggin effect whatsoever on the Clones and here's the proof of that

No you were right, I had you confused with another member I was debating Itachi with. After you told me Itachi's genjutsu didn't work on Kakashi's clone, I actually looked for the scan and found it myself. You were right.

You cant compare the two fights . Hinata jumped in that changed everything . 6 paths are just ninja tools . Nagato didnt lose to naruto . He willingly sacrificed himself to bring back the villagers. different situatons
