I had it bad and I still have it. The #1 thing that beats acne is the Sun. So get some light on your acne and it goes away.

Acne is caused by a rare illness called Gingerites.
Even if you dont suffer visibly from the said illness its still underneath your skin kicking your ass

Not sure about everyone else, but I ALWAYS get acne after I look in the mirror and think, "Hey, I am lookin' good today!".

Like, the next day I wake up with a new pimple or zit!

You just told me too much unnecessary information about yourself. Doesn't change my opinion.

Edit: oh, and I know a lot more about acne than you ;) just saying.

You're being kinda rude for really no reason. The dude's just trying to help people.

I'm not questioning that. I explained my health problems because I believe that is a more than suitable reason for why I can't always take a daily shower. And yes, I have been to a dermatologist. He prescribed an antibiotic called Minocycline and a cream to go with it.

No, my meningitis wasn't bacterial. It was viral. But the infection spread to my brain and damaged it to the point where I have gotten chronic migraines since then. I have gotten multiple kidney stones, and with one my kidney went septic and nearly killed me. But still, that pain paled in comparison to what I had to go through when I was 8. And even the meningitis pales in comparison to its long term effects. Imagine having a bad headache that never goes away. Imagine being up for two or three days without sleeping because the pain is just too intense, and the breaks between throwing up are too short to consider laying down.

You know I have up to 18 Migraines a month? So I understand your pain. It hurts when you close your eyes, sometimes to the point to where it feels like needles are stabbing you. When I was in school I couldn't go often because I couldn't get out of bed. Be grateful you don't have Stage 2 Endometriosis. Parts of my Uterus grow on my organs and I suffer extreme amounts of pain and blood loss. Probably have no idea what It's like to have your insides ripping themselves apart over and over again. Not being able to walk, anyway I'm sorry all those things happened to you but this was a acme right? :)

Here's what I sorta discovered. I took strawberries and mashed then up (remove the green stuff), I mean mash them good till It's like toothpaste. Scrub your face with it, the seeds make a grate exfoliate, plus your skin will smell amazing. Or you can just buy it, they sell this scrub with pineapple and strawberry seeds simply amazing. Also this may seem girly but get like a daily moisturizer that's not gonna clog or sits heavy on the skin. Another thing you can do is to run hot water and i mean HOT water. Put a towel over your head and lean over the sink for a minute or two, the hot water opens your pours so you can better clean them, also when you are finished using cold water just makes them close (You do this to rinse your face and close your pours)

Sun is good for you yes, but all that sweat and dirt will make you get more pimples. I hope some of these helped you, and I have all the brand names, and they really are inexpensive. It's how I keep my skin flawless
