A cloud of vapour begins to descend upon the training grounds, the air begins to chill and turn bitter, the surroundings become covered in a thin layer of a frosty substance as a figure begins to appear from the edge a single individual walks forwards
Greetings, please tell me what you know about the CE Liquid Nitrogen

I stand, arms folded before the man who appears to come from a plume of smoke. How theatrical he was.
"T'is a fairly powerful element, where the individual will extract Nitrogen Gas particles from the air, and concurrently mix it with their Water based chakra, creating a liquid form. Wind chakra is added in its creation, allowing it to become freezing cold while remaining a liquid.
Due to this nature, t'is capable of freezing objects and individuals on touch. T'is makes it fairly dangerous in close range, as well as an offensive element. Liquid Nitrogen is capable of causing an unbalance when it evaporates, allowing it to cause an explosion as well as seep away oxygen, making breathing..rather difficult. If not caught in the initial explosion, of course.
