What can we do about this problem? I appreciate Naruto just as much if not more than a lot of ppl in Japan so why do I have to wait a year sometimes two for a new movie? Your thoughts on this situation.
It's actually not because of the translations. That's the easy part of the process. It's mainly because other countries don't get their hands on the movie until the next year.Because they first need permission to translate the movies and then they have to start translating it. And translating Japanese into good English, Dutch etc isn't easy trust me.
Have you tried translating Japanese into decent English? Trust me, it isn't easy. I had to translate a dialogue in Dutch (I'm in my first year of studying Japanese) and it's hard to make it sound as fluent as in Japanese. It could be me though, but others in the class had problems with it tooIt's actually not because of the translations. That's the easy part of the process. When other countries get the movies they usually have them translated within a couple of days. At least that's how it is here in the USA.Have you tried translating Japanese into decent English? But I do agree with you on the fact that most countries get the movie late.
Hm, probably because they work in a team. Wish that one company would hurry up with their translations of the manga... Although I find it weird that in England they are now promoting the second Shippuden movie while the fifth is almost coming out ... Wonder why that is.When other countries get the movies they usually have them translated within a couple of days. At least that's how it is here in the USA.
