Having a Problem viewing a Page?
Well this is a Guide to Help fix that.

Getting a page when you login into Narutobase like this?

All you need to do is clear you cache and cookies. Its quite simple to do this.
All you need to do is go to settings or options and clear cookies and your cache.
Now if that doesnt work you might have to shut down your computer and restart it.
Now if that still hasnt worked you might have to flush your DNS.

I dont really know what a DNS is besides that they are annoying so here is a link.

To Flush your DNS there are a couple steps.

First go down to the start bar

Second find your RUN program. you can do this by going to all programs and finding accessories and then it should be there, or you could just use the search down on the bottom.
Now once your in the RUN program

Type ipconfig /flushdns just like that nothing else.

Press Ok and then reopen you browser and all your problems should be solved.

I dont know why you would buy a new comp just for this problem. I have this problem maybe once every 2 months but then again I have sucky internet
