Description: User creates a dragon made by pure chakra converted into electricity, this dragon then surrounds the user making itself into a shield. anyone who tries to break this shield will be damaged by 10-20 points for it will breath out electric kind of flame. the user inside will then have a chance to regenerate his/her chakra if possible.
*this dragon's strength depends on the chakra the user gives out*
*this only last up to 2 turns of the enemy*
*this can only be done once in a battle*

Description: the user creates 3 orbs identical to electric outburst so it is easily mistaken but these orbs act differently, they are thrown to surround the enemy and instead of blinding them they shock them numb making them paralyzed for 10 whole minutes also damaging them because of the electrical shock.
*can be used once per battle*
*the stronger the rank the longer the enemy can be left paralyzed*
P.S *if it is S Rank: 40 Chakra / 60-80 Damage and because of his rank the shock is powerful making it fatal or even leaving the victim to faint*

Description: after preforming the needed hand seals, a dragon made from rocks is created form the ground (it can be summoned from anywhere you want and from there its range will be in count) and used to attack others by eating them and clashs the ground again, or if it was created near the user, it will protect you.
