Alright for this one you form the handseals, focus your chakra into your hands and then you are able to move in and out of rock and earth by inserting yourself into it and then getting out by using your chakra.

However, the spikes cannot penetrate targets of greater density.

*starts to focus his chakra towards the ground , he then makes a clone and finally he makes a cave that will collapse if anything s removed from its place, the clone is now inside of the cave (inminent fail approaching) the clone tries to get out of the cave by destroying a side of the wall and the whole cave collapeses on top of it*
