Alright for this one you form the handseals, and then focus your earth chakra into your hands, and you then slam them onto the ground, causing the ground and everything on and around it to be sucked in towards the middle of a large pit, much like the method an antlion uses to catch prey. Upon being dragged to the center, the victim will then be sucked underground. There the victim, depending on how deep you make them sink, will be trapped and/or suffocated.

Try it out on that dummy over there.

On a side note, you can combine this jutsu with Water Style: Waterfall Basin Technique to create a waterfall.

You'll see in battle. You can use rampart to rise yourself into the sky to avoid some attacks, and from direct attacks, the rampart wall will protect you.

Using immense strength, you can then lift up the ball and hurl it at ur opponent, flattening everything in its path.

Try it out on that column of wooden dummies over there.
