Chelsea was happy nonetheless, but knew that higher rank means more complications and more efforts, but she was ready to put everything in it, nonetheless.

Advantages:
-Doesn't require any handseals and hence technique is almost instantaneous making it way a lot of useful, based upon user's creativity.
-It just requires molding of chakra, no need of scrolls or weapons. I can add elements into it to make it elemental rasengan.
Disadvantages:
-Can be used only at short range and hence needs you to reach at cnc range from your opponent, which is tricky part of the technique.
-It is very specific when it comes to application and attacks as melee attack only, making it completely useless as a projectile or any other type of continuous attack.
Combinations and Strategies:
-Can be used alongside suitable elements to overwhelm my opponent's defensive jutsus. Such as, I can use lightning rasengan, to overcome doton defenses at short notice etc.
-Sometimes getting at closed range from my opponent is really tough and hence one needs to use it alongside diversion tactics, like Naruto uses shadow clones as a diversion to get near his opponent.
Counters:
-It can be countered by getting out of the range of the technique. One can use simple techniques on ground for that purpose.
-I can also use powerful long range attacks which cover large amount of ground to take down diversions as well. Though it is chakra consuming and using simple defenses is always a solution.
Demonstration:
Chelsea first gathers all her chakra and then focuses required amount of chakra in her right hand. She then molds the chakra at the palm of her hand and shape manipulates it in the form of concentrated orb of chakra then molds the chakra in sufficient amount to give it rotation ability and then maintains it.
Then she runs towards her opponent and after reaching at short range from her opponent she then hurls that rotating sphere of chakra in your clone's stomach. The rotating sphere of chakra has enough amount of strength and rotating speed to completely destroy the inside muscles and organs of stomach on your clone and is destructive enough to make him disappear due to the hurling pain.
One down, one more to go.

Advantages:
-Can be used to provide different effects to the rasengan. For example, Doton Rasengan to make it heavy, Raiton rasengan to increase it's penetration, fuuton rasengan to increase it's cutting ability etc.
-It can be used to break down enemy's defenses, after hurling him using an element which is strong against the defensive technique element he used.
Disadvantages:
-Again Rasengan's problem of range isn't solved here.
-Also it is really difficult to change from one element to other when you are at sufficient range and is almost attacking the opponent, making it really difficult to overcome high ranked defenses.
Combinations and Strategies:
-Can be used alongside diversion, but this time alongside clones, which themselves can use few ninjutsus to attack opponent from all possible directions.
-Can also be used alongside chidori or other ninjutsus to attack opponent via ground, when I attack via air or attack from front side.
Counters:
-Can be countered by using defensive techs or getting out of range of the technique.
-I can use something like transformation jutsu to sneak behind my opponent and catch him offguard as rasengan completely leaves back of opponent vulnerable.
Demonstration:
Just like previous jtusu, Chelsea again gathers her chakra and then focuses the required amount of chakra in her right hand. Now, she shape manipulates it in the form of sphere and then molds it in the form of compressed sphere of chakra with rotation provided to it. She then kneads her chakra and then element manipulates it in the form of Katon which she then adds into the already formed Rasengan.
She then runs towards her opponent and after reaching at short range, she again hurls the rasengan, this time near the chest part of your clone to deliver sever burns due to the fire element.

After doing so, she then forms the rasengan again, but this time element manipulates her chakra in the form of Raiton element, which she then adds to the rasengan.
She again hurls the rasengan at your clone, which now produces electric shock like effect and hence few sever cuts and burns are inflicted at the stomach part, where she hurls her elemental rasengan.

After that she again gains her chakra and then shape manipulates it in the form of rotating sphere of chakra, maintain it in her hands and then element manipulates her remaining chakra in the form of fuuton and this time hurls at the chest part of your opponent.
Fuuton chakra has better cutting abilities and hence produces some sharp cuts which leads to bruises.

Then while your clone is at trouble she forms Rasengan and adds suiton chakra to it, to give it fluid like properties, which she hurls at the backside your clone, due to which your clone is sent flying.

One last time... :sweat:

Now she gathers her chakra and then focuses it in her left hand and the molds it to form the Rasengan sphere with rotation. She then adds Doton chakra into it, giving it mass and weight, making it heavy. She then hurls the Rasengan at the stomach of your clone. This rasengan is as heavy as stone and hence upon impact is powerful enough to send the opponent flying.

Finally done, that was tiresome though
She sits under the nearby tree, waiting for you to show her new trick.

(Tsuin Rasengan) – Twin Spiraling Sphere

Descripiton: The user will form 2 rasengans, one in each hand, with the help of 2 clones, to strike the opponent. Each rasengan can be used individually from each other.
Note: Must already know Rasengan and have 2 clones on the field. Naruto bios can use this technique without clones in Sage mode, in the 9 Tails Chakra Mode and in the Bijuu mode.

Create 2 shadow clones and have each clone help you create a rasengan in each of your hands to hit my clone with both of them. If you watched I think the 2nd Naruto movie (kid naruto) he uses this with one green and one red rasengan ^^

(Oodama Rasengan) - Big Ball Spiral Sphere

Okay, so next Rasengan variants and finishing it off, so here I go.

Advantages:
-It is pretty useful version of rasegan, which can be used to attack opponent from both the sides. It gives very less chance for my opponent to dodge.
-Can be used to attack two different opponents or an opponent and a clone, at the same time.
Disadvantages:
-Requires two shadow clones and hence consumes more chakra, so when chakra is matter of concern(such as in NW), I can use one rasengan alongside genjutsu to improve the striking accuracy of one rasengan.
-Main disadvantages of Rasengan, such as range hasn't overcome here as it is just performing same technique twice, but with different hands.
Combinations and strategies:
-I can use the clones to provide other supports, such as maintaining the rasengan, while I add suiton or fuuton chakra to it, creating elemental rasengans or I can simply use clones to project me towards my opponent, when I strike him down using both the rasengans.
-Opponent can be further caught off-guard using various impaling jutsus to make him immobile and then take down his vital points using both the rasengans.
Counters:
-Simply getting out of range is the best way to counter it. Using water or wind jutsu to dodge it is more than enough, but one has to watch out for the second rasengan.
-Can be countered by impaling hands of my opponent via powerful jutsus or simply blocking the attack via both the sides will suffice.
Demonstration:
Chelsea first performs the cross type handseal to form two clones at both the sides of her, which will help her through this rasengan creation. She distributed the chakra evenly in them and names them as 'Mein' and 'Akame'.

Then she gathers her chakra and then starts molding it in both of her hands, with chakra being equally distributed between both of her hands. She shape transforms the chakra in the form of sphere and then tries to hold it in her hands, while 'Mein' standing at left and 'Akame' standing at right, support her to maintain it, while she provides rotation.
Then she runs towards your clone and then hurls left rasengan at the left side of your clone's stomach and rasengan at right hand at the right side of your clone's stomach, sending him flying due to the rotation and immense impact due to the attack.

Advantages:
-Since Rasengan is bigger in size, it's area of impact is larger.
-Being higher ranked ninjutsu causes more amount of damage and hence more destructive jutsu.
Disadvantages:
-Consumes higher amount of chakra.
-Still only useful in CQC fights and needs me to get at short range from my opponent.
Combinations and strategies:
-Can be used after capturing my opponent to make it instant KO. I can use it alongside clones which can deliver multiple attacks from sideways, to make it even more difficult to dodge.
-I can use it along with multiple rasengans to damage my opponent from various angles and directions, with my clones either using rasengans or using elemental attacks or doing CQC. I can even take my opponent down alongside clones making it difficult for him to dodge, as my clones are keeping him busy.
Counters:
-A powerful, large scale defense or armor is needed to defend myself from such a long coverage area jutsu, such as doton defenses/armor.
-I can even avoid such a scenario, by not letting my opponent getting at short range from me, using powerful jutsus or can simply get out of the range or attack his hand to take down the rasengan part only.
Demonstration:
Chelsea first gathers her chakra and then focuses it at the palm of her right hand.
She then shape manipulates it in the form of sphere, which then rotates in her hand at the same time. She then stabilizes it by molding it and forming the ball of chakra, which is Rasengan.
Then she supplies more amount of chakra to the already formed rasengan and increases it's size to make it even bigger, forming the bigger rasengan which is Odoma rasengan, which has radius of 5 meters.
Then, she holds it at her hand and runs towards her opponent. After reaching at short range from her opponent, which is your clone, she hurls it at the center of his chest. Due to the rotation, impact, scale and power the clone is sent flying and disappears along with the massive destruction caused due to this large scale jutsu.

As they stream towards the target, they are undistinguishable from the ground, seamlessly merged with it. Nearing the target, they rise from the ground, "crawling" up the target. As they wrap themselves in lairs around the target, the user can choose when to detonate them, making a quicker, weaker detonation or waiting for more paper tags to pile in the target and adding more damage.

Do the 4 hand signs and slam your hand on the ground and use your chakra to have a stream of multiple paper tags to move through the ground and keep them hidden. Than have the rise from the ground from under my clone and and wrap around his legs and than have them denote. (this what Hanzo used against Nagato to mess up his legs)

(Kuchiyose: Sanjū Rashōmon) - Summoning Technique: Triple Rashōmon

Chelsea calmly listens to the description of the first technique and then proceeds with the analysis followed by demonstration.

Advantages:
-Can be used as good surprise attack, typically if I can hide the fact that I am waving handseals, using something like hiding in the mist technique.
-I can choose when to detonate them in the give turn and hence I can form good combos, to create situation, which is pretty useful while detonating the tags.
Disadvantages:
-It is predictable typically for dojutsu users, as they can see handseals even if they are quick, also chakra can be used to determine their position.
-Paper bombs can be simply washed out or blown away once they are traced by the opponent. There is absolutely nothing that holds them with the ground.
Combinations and strategies:
-I can use remote detonation, so that I can attack opponent from long distance.
-I can use it after holding him using something like Swamp of underworld or powerful jutsus to make him immobile or lightning jutsus to make him faint.
Counters:
-Use powerful earth jutsu to remove the tags and throw them away or any powerful elemental ninjutsu to blow or send them away.
-I can also use powerful wind or water jutsu to blow the tags away or a powerful defense to protect myself.
Demonstration:
Chelsea carefully listened to you and then performed the sequence of handseals in noticeable speed(Tiger → Rat → Bird → Snake). Then she streams total about 10 tags towards her opponent at the ground in a linear manner after removing them from the ninja pocket one by one. She then gathers her chakra and then channels it through the ground through the tags to make them move towards her opponent, while concealing their position and almost hiding them using her chakra. She then makes 3 tags appear in front of your clone and crawls towards your clone, which then wrap around clone's legs, 3 others take an arc like turn from the right side and catch your clone off-guard from behind and attack you from back and set themselves at your clone's back, other 2 wrap around clone's waist from left and last two wrap around sideways of clone's chest, all of sudden. After they have completely wrapped your clone from all around, she then makes you detonate harming your clone completely in the process and make her disappear.

Advantages:
-It is an advanced an improvised version of simple rashomon and hence can block higher ranked attacks.
-It is pretty useful in blocking jutsus with higher coverage area, unlike simple rashomon, which can simply block jutsus with low coverage area.
Disadvantages:
-Can block jutsus till only A-Rank and hence rank plays restriction on it's usage.
-User needs to place their hands on the ground and hence it is predictable to say the least.
Combinations and strategies:
-I can use it to block long range attacks and send my clone to attack my opponent from sideways. Main needs to perform this technique as it requires chakra and not an easy one to perform, while my clone takes down the opponent from sideways.
-I can use it alongside snake ninjutsus/summons. Snake nin or summons can be used to attack my opponent while I defend myself from something as deadly as Bijuudama.
Counters:
-Increase the rank of your jutsu and it is possible to overcome this powerful defensive technique.
-This jutsu can counter powerful jutsus, but is insufficient against snick attacks and hence it's weakness is sneaky attacks from behind.
Demonstration:
Chelsea who has already learnt simple rashomon, focuses and gathers more amount of chakra, this time. Then she focuses her chakra within the palms of both of her hands and then slams them on the ground after bending down on her knees. As a result, total three gates are summoned in front of each other, with first one being the red gate, behind it the green gate and near to her the blue gate. These gates have demonic faces on them and can be used to block the incoming attack from front side only.

(Sōshōryū Seichuu) - Rising Twin Dragons Control

Description: This technique is similar to the normal Twin Rising Dragons, but is an upgraded version. The user doesn't have to hold onto the weapons; they can just send them flying only with a movement of thier hand, which makes the weapons a lot faster. Also, with this new version, The user includes exploding tags in the spread in order to make the technique more effective.

Do Twin Rising Dragons but send the weapons flying with a movement of your hand to send the weapons faster while also using exploding tags on the weapons.

Advantages:
-Pretty versatile jutsu, can be used for both offense and defense.
-It starts with sending enemy in the air and then jabing them on the ground, so technique itself is a combo of multiple moves, making it a stand alone jutsu.
Disadvantages:
-Range is pretty limited.
-Requires me a war fan, which generally people don't carry with them, due to it's size(unless your bio is Temari.xD)
Combinations and strategies:
-Can be used alongside knife, shuriken and other weapons alongside freeform or I can combine it alongwith Kenjutsu moves, to form a lethal combo.
-I can use it alongside clone, who will help me in getting short range from my enemy.
Counters:
-If enemy sends me in the air, I can use the airborne state to my advantage and deflect the fan away using wind jutsu or using another weapon, such as knife of kunai etc.
-I can hold myself tightly to the ground when the enemy tries to send me in the air.
Demonstration:
Chelsea catches the war fan thrown towards her which is quiet heavy in size. Oh well, this requires some efforts
She then moves towards your clone, stands at short range from her and then waves the giant fan in front of you, creating a malestorm of wind, which sends your clone flying in the air. Once your clone is airborne, she then jumps in the air and then throws the fan towards your clone directed at the stomach and abdomen of your clone.
The fan slices your clone in the half and then continues it's trajectory in the air.
Chelsea then instantly(?) disappears and then reappears behind you, catches the fan and then jabs you at the heart, after standing appearing just above you towards the ground, finishing your clone and destroying your clone completely.

Okay, now next jutsu.^^

Advantages:
-Just like you said, it is faster than it's lower ranked counterpart, as I am controlling weapons via hand movements and not using strings to control them. It also means the technique is more accurate than other one.
-Also I can use explosive tags and hence I can use them to catch my opponent off-guard.
Disadvantages:
-Still requires me the two scrolls, which are needed for Twin rising dragons, making the technique slow compared to many non-bakijutsu techniques.
-Technique becomes pretty predictable and weapons can be simply diverted back using elemental jutsus.
Combinations and strategies:
-Striking down vital points, is a key here and hence the jutsu must be combined with diversion moves, to divert my opponent and then catch him off-guard.
-I can also use it alongside clones, which will be useful in getting in the range of my enemy and will also provide me necessary openings.
Counters:
-Weapons can be blown away by using wind or water jutsus.
-I can use defensive jutsus to prevent my enemy from taking down my vital points.
Demonstration:
Chelsea removes two scrolls from the pocket and then sets them on the ground. She then forms necessary handseals raising them in the air and swirl them around her. Then she uses this space to launch herself in the air between the spinning scrolls. Then she releases massive number of weapons towards her opponent, which aren't attached by strings this time, but rather controlled by fingers, so as to correctly take down the opponent.
The weapons aren't simply weapons, but also contain few kunais which are attached with explosive tags, which will burst upon impact and will harm the opponent, if he fails to dodge or shield himself.
As a result the weapons will deliver multiple slashes and will take down the opponent, injuring her severely.

(Sōgu: Tensasai) - Manipulated Tools: Heavenly Chain of Destruction

Description: A stronger version of the Twin Rising Dragons, the user tosses their large scroll into the air above her opponent and summons hundreds of different weapons from it, which then rain down, impaling the opponent and anything in their path. The weapons move so fast that they appear as white streaks.

Basically a stronger version of twin rising dragon. This jutsu basically lets a lot of weapons come raining down on your opponent. If your opponents have high reactions or doujutsus they could easily counter this by making the earth rise and form a dome above them.

(Kage Kagami Shiten No Hou) - Shadow Mirror Body Change Method

Description: The user turns him/her self into a mirror image of their desired form.This transformation is permanent.The user can only use their own original jutsu.

Basically a useless jutsu unless you want your bio to look like something else permanently like if you have a cannon bio and want them to look differently.

Advantages:
-Range is pretty good over other bukijutsu techniques and hence an advanced version of Twin Rising Dragons.
-Overall technique is pretty fast, if one has scrolls.
Disadvantages:
-Requires a large scroll.
-Weapons is the most this technique can produce and hence can be easily blocked using defensive jutsus, water domes and other doton walls to completely avoid getting damaged.
Combinations and strategies:
-I can use clone of mine, to rain down the weapons on my opponent, while I engage him via frontal assault.
-Can be used alongside water or doton jutsus to send my opponent in the air, so that I can attack him even faster way.
Counters:
-A dome cover above me will be more than enough to keep me safe from incoming damage.
-I can simply use the fire jutsu and burn the scroll or attack it before it rains down weapons.
Demonstration:
Chelsea simply removes the scroll from and within an instant tosses that huge scroll in the air, just above your clone. She then uses the scroll summon massive number of weapons, including multiple kunais, knives, some shurikens and other ninja weapons which then rain down over her opponent and impale him and injure him at multiple locations.
As a result your clone suffers heavy damage and then disappears in the thin air.

This looks like a useless jutsu to me, oh well, but whatever...

Advantages:
-Can be used to turn myself into someone that my opponent scares of, it is really difficult to see through this jutsu.
-I can also use it to confuse my opponent, by making him think that it is a genjutsu.
Disadvantages:
-I can only use the jutsus, which I know making it just a mere transformation variant.
-Also, it is practically useless, as it doesn't play huge role as a supportive jutsu in battles.
Combinations and strategies:
-Can be used alongside killing intent, to fear my opponent.
-Can be useful if I can create illusion of a unique jutsu, that the character I turn into, is capable of performing.
Counters:
-Can simply be countered by seeing through my opponent, by recognizing his chakra signature.
-Since it can be used only for diversion and genjutsu, breaking through gen and avoiding diversions and focusing on main, is more than enough to counter this jutsu.
Demonstration:
Chelsea claps her hands and then forms a ram seal like gesture and then focuses on each and every part of her chakra. She then thinks about her training partner Rangiku and then thinks about her overall body structure. After determining so, she then changes herself into the mirror image of the Rangiku.
She then turns back to her form, after focusing again and releasing the jutsu.

Description:At first glance the clone appears to be a normal tangible Bunshin, but the user can detonate the clone at any time to form a very large explosion. (This shadow clone variant can only use normal ninjutsu, and Taijutsu).
Note:Must already know shadow clone jutsu to use this jutsu.

This is jutsu you dont use a shadow clone you make since this jutsu creates it for you. Make a clone and than have it explode at my clone. This is one of Itachi's signature as he used it against Kakashi in Part 1 of Naruto before almost soloing 3 Jounin xD

(Meisaigakure no Jutsu) - Hiding with Camouflage Technique

Description: This is a ninja escape technique that allows the user after performing the Tiger hand seal to control how light is reflected around their body with chakra inflections. The technique also erases the user's scent and shadow, and is usable on any terrain, making it ideal not only for covert maneuvers but also offensive strikes. Perceiving the user's position is possible only for ninja who are astute enough to observe minute variations within their surrounding environment, such as distortions of air currents in the immediate vicinity or distinguishing sounds, i.e. footsteps etc. However, the usefulness of this ability can be entirely negated by those with special vision or sensory skills. The Second Tsuchikage, Mū's mastery of this technique helped earn him the moniker "Non-Person" seemingly having neither form nor chakra while the technique was active. Thus, he could not be sensed through traditional means.
Note: Technique lasts a total of 3 turns

Its a pretty simple jutsu if you have watched or read the chapters/episodes with Mu. This revolves using chakra to reflect light off your body making you invisble. If you had a Mu bio you would have no chakra form or form but as a normal ninja you would just be invisble and you would be able to be sense.

RPing from first person perspective.^^

I see you describe and explain next set of jutsus and become a little bit curious and excited at the same time. I knew the time to master the ninjutsus is drawing closer and at the same time few more exciting jutsus are to be learnt.
After you are done with your description, I focus on performing the jutsu.

Advantages:
-Can be used till mid range making it really useful to hid the clone alongside the other clones and detonate it at the right time to take my opponent down, without him getting time to react or counter.
-Can perform normal ninjutsus or taijutsus and hence I can also use it as a 'cover' to get at short range from my opponent.
Disadvantages:
-Can only be used as a supplementary jutsu, as he can't use higher ranked attacks or can't perform high rank defensive jutsus to protect myself.
-Not useful at long range. Also I must make sure that, I am at some distance from the clone, so that I will not be caught in the explosion. My opponent can use this trick to figure out which clone is the explosion type clone.
Combinations and strategies:
-Using it alongside the multiple clone technique is the best way to use this technique, rather most common strategy.
-One needs to use some cover to make sure that the clone is in the close vicinity of the opponent. This is necessary to make sure that single clone will take out the opponent and no need of multiple detonating clones.
Counters:
-Figuring out which is the detonating type clone is the best way to counter this technique. It can be found out by using a powerful large area covering wind jutsu, to blow away all the clones and then using powerful lightning or fire jutsu to attack the clone.
-I can also deviate the clone away at the far distance, to isolate him from the user.
Demonstration:
After listening to the explanation carefully and understanding what is coming on my way, I gather all of my chakra and focus for a few moment, before I form a clone at my right hand side, which is my exact copy. I name this clone as 'X'(sorry no creative names here.xD) Then, I command this clone to run towards your clone and kick at the stomach of your clone. 'X' follows the given instructions correctly and then after delivering a powerful kick, explodes alongside the clone to harm him and injure him heavily.

Advantages:
-It allows me to attack my opponent from blind spot, even erases my scent and hence it is really difficult to figure out my position or the spot from where I am going to attack.
-It lasts for 3 turns, which is more than enough for me to attack my opponent or combine it with array of jutsus to make it more effective and also not terrain dependent.
Disadvantages:
-It is easily possible to deduce the position based upon the movements or using the chakra sensing or dojutsu abilities.
-It can only be used as a supplementary jutsu, there is no in build offensive move and hence introducing one after this one counts as a move.
Combinations and strategies:
-Can be used alongside to attack my opponent from blind spot. I can use clones or other jutsus to create confusion or elemental jutsus to catch my opponent off-guard.
-It can be used to erase my sense for once in a while and hence it is really difficult for my opponent to follow me. Typically those from Inuzuka clan can't use my scent to track me. Also useful against opponents with sage mode.
Counters:
-Position of user can be tracked down using the chakra sensing techniques or dojutsus. I can also use movements of my opponent to figure out from where he will attack me.
-It is requires focus and good amount of abilities to know the position of my opponent and hence abilities like sage mode and all are really useful in this case.
Demonstration:
After listening to your jutsu description, I wave tiger handseal and then gather all of my chakra and channel it through my body, to control the light that is reflected away from the body.
I control the light intensity via the chakra channeled and make myself invisible by completely prohibiting the reflections. After making sure that your clone is confused to my sudden disappearance and can no longer see me, I run towards your clone, grab the kunai out of my ninja pocket, situated at the left side of my waist using my right hand and then stab it in his chest after reaching at close distance from him.
Your clone, surprised due to my sudden camouflage is unable to react and hence disappears right in front of my eyes.
It is good technique, though I have few questions, regarding first jutsu. Can my clone use elemental jutsus as well or simply those enlisted as non-elemental ninjutsus?
Also, the short-mid range is from me or from my opponent?

Description: As the ninja charges at the opponent, they create multiple shadow copies to confuse the opponent. Using the confusion, the real ninja will attack from the opponent's blindside.

Run at my clone and create shadow copies of yourself to confuse my clone as you attack from my clone's blindside. This was used I believe by Gaara's sensei. If your opponent has sensing or a doujutsu this jutsu is basically useless.

(Shihouhappou Shuriken) - All Directions Shuriken

Create clones and surround my clone and have all of you release a barrage of ninja tools at my clone. If you want to release a lot of ninja tools I would recommend shadow shuriken jutsu. Remember you have to use shadow clones before you even use this at all .

Yeah, we are just few jutsus away from finishing off the nin.

Advantages:
-Is pretty quick technique to perform and is pretty easy. I can combine it with wide range of techniques to form a powerful combo.
-Really difficult to dodge once combined with ken and tai properly and is executed without my opponent's notice.
Disadvantages:
-Essentially a short-mid range technique and hence I need to run towards my opponent if I am not at short-mid range.
-It is at the end of the day, just a clone combo and hence isn't much of a destructive jutsu, even if it is A-Rank, all it takes is quick defense to defend against it.
Combinations and Strategies:
-Can be combined with kenjutsu moves. Kenjutsu may be used to deliver vital attacks from upwards, sideways and behind. I can further use lightning chakra channeled in the sword to increase the fatality of the blow.
-Can also be used alongside clone explosion jutsu, where I will use the confusion to run away from the opponent/use defense to protect myself, while clone explodes at close vicinity from the opponent.
Counters:
-Can be countered using powerful quick defensive jutsus, to defend against the vital blow. Common example of such a technique is body hardening jutsu.
-Can be countered using multiple clones or using the same technique. Clones will take down clones, while I search for real one and attack him.
Demonstration:
Chelsea removes her sword that was gifted to her by her partner. She holds the sword tightly in her hands just in front of her. Now before charging towards you clone, she gathers her chakra and creates two identical copies of herself at short range from her. She names the copies as 'X' and 'Y'.

So 'X' charge from the left and 'Y' charge from right, deliver slashes directed at the upper body part and create an opening for me. So, let's go... She commands the clone in a low volume so that her command is only audible to the clones.
She then charges towards you and with X and Y following the commands and taking the initiatives to attack your clone from left and right respectively.
She uses the confusion, to swiftly get behind your clone and delivers a diagonal slash to finish your clone off.
Btw, it isn't used By Baki(Gaara's sensei) but is used by Hayate Gecko, who is pretty well known for this move in entire Konoha.

Chelsea then prepares herself for next jutsu.

Advantages:
-Really easy to perform, all it requires is multiple shurikens.
-Unlike all other shuriken jutsus, it is omnidirctional attack and hence it is more difficult to evade.
Disadvantages:
-Again limited range and not any large scale destructive abilities, limit the usage of this jutsu.
-Also, it requires many kage bunshins which will consume chakra and hence I am wasting my chakra without any of much use.:/
Combinations and strategies:
-Can be used alongside all other kage bunshin related jutsus, to take down the opponent.
-I can use it alongside shuriken jutsus for creative usage and making the attack more lethal.
Counters:
-Armors, domes and other omnidirectional defensive techs will be more than enough to defend against the shuriken.
-I can use omnidirectional blast of wind to drive away all the shurikens.
Demonstration:
Chelsea again gathers her chakra and waves cross handseals to form two more clones. She names them as 'W' and 'Z'.
She commands all of them('W','X','Y','Z') to removes shurikens from their pockets and surround your clone from multiple directions. All of the clones follow the order as 'X' jumps in front of clone, with 45 degree angle from the horizontal, 'Y' attacks from just behind with same angle from vertical plane, 'Z' attacks alongside the vertical direction, while 'W' decides to go via horizontal plane from behind.
So let's go, one two and threeeee....... as Chelsea says so all of the clones remove shurikens from their pockets and then throw them in such a way that second one is just underneath the first one, hiding using the shadow of the first one.

This shurikens deliver sharp cuts at various body part of your clone and as a result he/she disappears.^^

Chelsea then commands her clone to disappear as she waves them adios.

(Shuriken Kage Bunshin no Jutsu) - Shuriken Shadow Clone Jutsu
Rank: A
Type: Offensive
Range: Short - Long
Chakra Cost: 30

Description: After throwing one shuriken or more against their target, the user creates up to a thousand shadow clones of the shuriken (or kunai, senbon, etc, basically any basic weapon) after performing Ram → Rat → Bird → Boar → Tiger which multiply the damage as its striking down the enemy. This is a technique that combines ninja tools with ninjutsu. Compared to normal shadow clones, clones of material objects are said to be on a far higher level. There is no need for preparations beforehand, like stocking up on shuriken, yet since the shadow clones are real and not illusions, all the shadow blades that fly around are equally lethal. This is valid for any weapon copied and it has been seen that the copied weapons will also have the tags or markings of the original, like sealing or explosive tags or sealing marks.

Throw a single kunai or shuriken at my clone and than do the hand signs and by using your chakra have the weapon be cloned making a thousand of kunai/shuriken to appear and all hit my clone. the 3rd Hokage and his grandson have used this jutsu. The best combo with this would be throwing a FTG (if you have Minato) kunai or kunai with explosive tags since it could provide more damage ^^

Wow, finally I am there. Finally, time to finish A-Ranks..

Advantages:
-Is the epitome of what powerful bukijutsu can be capable of. It has got good range, requires less chakra and not too complex to perform.
-Can be used alongside real shadow clones to make the technique even more lethal. Many shadow clones+shadow shurikens=lethal weapon. Also, doesn't require many shurikens, but a single shuriken can cause sufficient amount of damage.
Disadvantages:
-Requires handseals, that too five handseals.
-At the end of the day, is weapon jutsu and hence not so powerful against Doton or other elemental defenses.
Combinations and strategies:
-It can be used against multiple enemies, to match the numbers. Is a good alternative to multiple shadow clone jutsu.
-I can also use it alongside few elemental chakra channeled shurikens, which will attack the blind spot of the enemy.
Counters:
-Can be countered by using dome and other doton walls. Since it will be really difficult for shuriken jutsu to penetrate through them.
-I can use a powerful fire jutsu, to burn down the shuriken, which will overcome the jutsu and then will continue towards my opponent.
Demonstration:
I remove a shuriken from my pouch and then grab it via it's center. I then focus for a bit and then wave sequence of handseals(Ram → Rat → Bird → Boar → Tiger) and then channel the chakra through the shuriken and throw it towards my opponent directed at her neck. After, I make sure that it is thrown accurately, I then concentrate and use the chakra already channeled through the shuriken, to form multiple copies of it, which are about 100 in the number and are attacking my enemy suddenly, from all the possible directions.
The shurikens will be lethal enough to deliver multiple cuts on the enemy and will harm her to a lot of extent and being clone will make her disappear.
Successs.... I shout in the largest possible tone and think about the jutsu again and then prepare my questions.
So I just want to know, how much of powerful doton jutsu, can the shurikens penetrate through?
Such as, what will be result of B-Rank doton dome vs this technique?
I then anxiously wait for you to answer my question and explain me some higher ranked techniques.^^

(Kenboushou Jutsu) - Loss of Memory Technique

Description:A technique that is used upon the user or another in order to block their memories, any sort of memories can be blocked as long as ample opportunity is upon the user. Such as the jutsu or their objectives. The user must press his palm against the opponents head while inserting his chakra onto his brain, forcefully altering his memories by creating a "block" to a given set of memories or memory.
Note:This justu can only be used twice per battle.The user must say what memories will be lost(only one category).

Punch my clone and than force your chakra into my clone's brain and cause the memory of the punch to be blocked from her memory. If you remember that one Naruto movie where he went back to the past and met Minato this was the jutsu Minato used on him, naruto, yamato and kakashi.

(Gojō Kibaku Fuda) Mutually Multiplying Explosive Tags
Type: Offensive
Rank: Forbidden
Range: Short

Damage: 100 (-20 to the user if caught in the explosion)
Description:
The Mutually Multiplying Explosive Tags is a technique which forms part of a fighting style purposely designed for those who have been reincarnated or are otherwise very resistant to damage, and employs the use of special explosive tags to create a near infinite series of explosions. The user will throw several (up to 5) special exploding tags at the enemy formed from large sheets that each bear five seals on them. These special tags then attach themselves to the intended target, but just as they detonate, summon additional tags that in turn create more as they too explode. This process is continuously repeated, leading to a near infinite chain reaction of consecutive explosions which engulf a gigantic area, mid range all around. The technique's unique drawback is that to fully use it you need to be in short range of the target, making it almost suicidal for users who cannot take on the damage and remain unarmed, users that cannot escape its range in time or users who cannot heal themselves from the damage, thus being ideal to be used by Edo Tensei summons.
Note: the explosion spans throughout 2 full turns if unblocked.
Note: usable twice per battle.

Its the jutsu Tobirama used. *gives you a special explosive tag* Throw 5 of those at my clone and have them form a sheet of the tags and have them attach to my clone. Than have the tags go off while they also keep summoning more tags making a near infinite explosion.

Chelsea was kinda nervous and decided to ask her question again, while listening to description of your next technique.
Question:
So I just want to know, how much of powerful doton jutsu, can the shurikens from shuriken shadow jutsu penetrate through?
Such as, what will be result of B-Rank doton dome vs that technique?
She then puts her hand in the kunai pocket and then removes it from her pocket, while she resides her fingertips on it and then swiftly removes it and runs towards your clone to prepare herself close ranged combat.
She runs towards your clone in vein and after reaching at short range, analyzes the jutsu before making further moves.

Advantages:
-Can be used block almost any type of memories, this includes making opponent forget intricate details of the jutsu or using it after setting trap and then made my opponent forget about it.
-Is really easy to perform and doesn't require any handseals and such and hence it is really easy to use jutsu and can be easily combined alongside short range offensive moves as it is really difficult to see this jutsu coming.
Disadvantages:
-I need to place my palm on my opponent's head and hence it can only be combined with close combat moves. It is almost close to impossible to combine it with long range moves.
-It can only block one type of memory at a time and hence care must be taken while choosing the category of the memory.
Combinations and strategies:
-Can be combined with short range attacks or long lasting effects, to make my opponent forget that the effect of which is still under effect.
-It can be used with tai, short ranged nin or gen to make my opponent forget about the last jutsu which is precursor of my next jutsu and hence sometimes making it really difficult to counter next jutsu.
Counters:
-Getting out of the range and maintaining the distance is the easiest way to counter the jutsu. Such as I can stop my opponent from placing palm on my head and hence avoid effect due to the jutsu.
-I can't channel chakra through elemental armors, since raw chakra can't pass through manipulated one. Making it a counter for this type of jutsu.
Demonstration:
Chelsea holds the kunai tightly in her hand and then sends it towards the left side eye of your clone. Since she is at short range from your clone, the kunai is aimed perfectly and your clone has to shake his head towards right side to avoid the kunai. Chelsea uses this opportunity to gather strength in her right hand and then delivers a powerful punch at the left cheek of your clone, to damage his face a little.
Then she gathers her chakra and then focuses it in her left hand, opens it, to spread the chakra evenly on her hand and then places it on the forehead of your clone to channel chakra into his brain directly, to block the memories related to the last punch and makes him forget that I punched him back then.
So, done with S-Rank as well, now only one forbidden rank is left and this one looks really not so tough one to me...

Finally, I am going to do analysis of most powerful ninjutsu.
Advantages:
-Most destructive ninjutsu and probably most difficult to jutsu to contain. It is really difficult to block this jutsu.
-It doesn't require special weapons or scrolls or handseals and can be performed if one has those explosive tags capable of summoning other explosive tags.
Disadvantages:
-Requires me to be at short range from my opponent and hence this is a double edged sword. Unless and until, I use clones.
-The technique remains active for two turns and span through mid range and hence one must stay out of the area to avoid getting caught in the jutsu.
Combinations and strategies:
-Can be used as a good finishing move and must be performed via clone to stay out of the range.
-Can be combined with puppets and summons to wrap the explosive tags around the opponent.
Counters:
-Can be countered by staying out of the range or using very powerful defensive jutsus.
-It is possible to get out of this jutsu, using FTG and other super fast jutsus. Otherwise it is really difficult to get out of the jutsu, once the explosions have started.
Demonstration:
Before proceeding further, Chelsea first gathers the chakra and then uses it to create an identical copy of her at short range from her which is a real copy of her with substance and appearance and hence called as 'shadow clone'.

Then she hands over the five explosive tags given to her by her sensei, which have five seals on each of them to the clone and then commands her to stick those tags on your clone. Clone runs towards your clone and then punches him at the face and then throws total five tags directed at various places including face, waist, chest, leg and arm.
These five tags then attach to the enemy and then using the seal summon multiple explosive tags and which themselves again summon multiple tags, which engulf around your opponent and then explode to cause the chain reaction of explosions, while more tags are being summoned.
This process continued for few minutes as Chelsea watched the fireworks from the long range, as they detonate.
After five-ten minutes, the explosions finally stop and things settle down, as the place around the explosion is completely destroyed.
What a powerful jutsu, it was... Chelsea watches in awe, as she waits for you to give your verdict and answer the question, she asked beforehand

So, finally, I am there...
Chelsea jumps in joy as she sees you announcing that she has finally mastered the ninjutsu.
It was a really pleasant experience through and through and was certainly a really wonderful journey for her. The entire ground was full of kunais and shurikens and scrolls and what not. Chelsea gathers the weapons which are in a suitable shape and can be utilized for more techniques.
She then puts them all back in the respective scrolls and carefully puts all the kunais, knives and other objects in her ninja pocket as she wraps up her ninjutsu training and heads towards the Konohagakure.
Thank you very much sensei, for giving me this valuable knowledge. I will continue working on my basic ninjutsu skills, while I work on elements.I will make you proud one day.^^
Chelsea heads towards the village and sun sets on the horizon. She can finally meet her partner and they can have some nice drink or something.
