Time for NB's Banner Change?

The current one has grown a old, Nocturnal, Mina , Admins?

I remember that for last years' Xmas/New Year, they changed it to NaruHina in Snow. Afterwards they put this one.

Technically, this one is less than a year old. Perhaps, we should put a new one on 31th December.
