[Discussion] Time for kubo to announce his pairings

Well, Ichigo can't go back to the human world anyways. (I'm sure a lot of you have probably forgotten.) So Ichigo x Orihime is pretty much out of the question.

I honestly don't think Ichigo will go back to the human world, I think he will become a full time soul reaper, maybe even the 1st Captain, it would be a bit of a wet ending if he went back to his part time job at the end, but this is Kubo, soggy storylines is about all he is good for.
