Kakashi stumbled upon a man in the forest and decided to deem him enemy because why not? Kakashi took action and quickly and threw an explosive kunai at the mans chest followed by three senbon.
One at the center of his chest.
One at his right shoulder.
One at his left shoulder.
One at the center of his chest.
One at his right shoulder.
One at his left shoulder.

Description: This displacement technique creates a thick mist to spring forth by lifting up some water from either a pre-existing source or expelled from their mouth, then goes in and out of sight at will from within the pearly-white realm. The mist's thickness is controlled by the amount of chakra kneaded into it. It can't fool the Byakugan, but, due to the mist being created with the user's chakra, any Sharingan and Rinnegan-user will see the mist coloured by their opponent's chakra, which will effectively hide the user from the dojutsu.
Note: Can be created through releasing from mouth or manipulating a nearby water source.

Jiraiya then goes onto perform a few hand signs and focuses his Suiton chakra into the tip of his hand and points into the air sending the chakra towards the clouds, causing the to gather together and start pouring rain

When the rain is obstructed by a chakra belonging to someone the existence of the target can be detected. The rain will keep on falling until the user uses the seal to cancel it.

Kakashi looked around and couldn't see anything do to the mist and rain. He sighed and stood still hoping that it might help.
Kakashi began throwing senbons one after the other towards the direction he saw the man last.
