Hagoromo w/o the Juubi said that Madara was nearing his power, and that's who gave Naruto and Sasuke their powers, so I'm pretty sure that all this refers to Hagoromo without the Juubi.
Naturally. That's why I said JJ Hagoromo needs a tier of his own.
He wasn't holding his own, he was still losing, badly. He hasn't displayed any kind of power that'd put him a whole tier above.
I don't know the specifics, but he lost to Sage Kurama Chakra Mode Naruto, maybe Naruto is just that OP. Meh.
He took out a weakened Hashirama, a Sasuke who didn't use Susanoo, and Tobirama. Bijuu? Because he had an anti Bijuu statue at his disposal. Go up against someone around that level who isn't a Bijuu and Madara stands no chance.
Edo Madara's full power is PS. So is EMS Madara's. He's not significantly stronger than anyone in tier 7 let alone his EMS self, not when they both have PS as their strongest tech. Guys in tier 7 all take him mid difficulty. Hashirama stalemated Edo Madara's full power w/ Mokujin. SS>>Mokujin. Hashirama>>Edo Madara. BM Naruto already had the durability to block things like PS slashes, and the necessary power to eventually break Susanoo open. (Madara still has a chance though) BSM takes it to a whole new level due to Senjutsu. EMS Madara on his own stands no chance, neither does Edo Madara as they share the same full power.
BM Naruto outputs equal power to 5 of Obito's Bijuu, on his own. BSM Naruto>>>BM Naruto. He'd take out the Edo Jinchuuriki with moderate difficulties and then he'd spank Obito. Minato would do the same thing, though instead of Senjutsu making it easier, Hiraishin helps him out. Shinsuusenju catches all Bijuu Dama and blows the Bijuu apart.
Rinnegan Obito is on BM Naruto's tier, not above.
He can't match anyone in Tier 7. Once they use their full power, it'd be 2-3 shots before he gets slaughtered. He isn't strong enough to be a full tier above people like KCM Minato, and he's definitely not strong enough to share a tier with people who vaporize and cut Mountains casually.
