If you disagree with my list tell me why and I'll try to fix my list.

Shikamaru should definitely go down some.

Almost all of the characters in tier 11 stomp him badly, he's not really strong on his own without intel and/or prep time.

Some of the characters in tier 12 would trash him in 1v1 as well.

Hagoromo needs his own tier above the rest of these guys.

All these guys were confirmed to be on Hagoromo's level.

Madara needs to move down a tier, Hamura needs to go up a tier.

Hamura is pretty much on Pre Jin Hagoromo's level so he isn't on JJ Hagoromo level. Madara after he absorbed the Shinju got a pretty big boost in power. After he absorbed the Shinju was able to hold his own against Naruto and Sasuke as compared to before where he basically got wrecked by Base Rikudou Naruto.

Toneri needs to go down a tier.

After slashing the moon in half he basically belongs here. He could go up but I haven't seen the movie.

Rinne Tensei Madara needs to move down a tier.

Rinne Tensei Madara was wrecking everybody after he got revived. Soloing Sasuke, the Nine Bijuu, Hashirama and Tobirama. He only had one eye. He could basically solo Orochimaru with ET.

Edo Madara needs to move down a tier, so does Rinnegan Obito.

Edo Madara is significantly stronger than everybody in Tier 7 and can give guys in Tier 6 a good fight. Same thing with Rinnegan Obito,

Move Nagato down a tier.

Same thing with Nagato, his power exceeds everybody in Tier 8 by a Landslide and the only person who comes close is Killer Bee. He might be the weakest in Tier 7 but he has the firepower to match guys in Tier 7.

Hagoromo w/o the Juubi said that Madara was nearing his power, and that's who gave Naruto and Sasuke their powers, so I'm pretty sure that all this refers to Hagoromo without the Juubi.

I don't know the specifics, but he lost to Sage Kurama Chakra Mode Naruto, maybe Naruto is just that OP. Meh.

He took out a weakened Hashirama, a Sasuke who didn't use Susanoo, and Tobirama. Bijuu? Because he had an anti Bijuu statue at his disposal. Go up against someone around that level who isn't a Bijuu and Madara stands no chance.

Edo Madara's full power is PS. So is EMS Madara's. He's not significantly stronger than anyone in tier 7 let alone his EMS self, not when they both have PS as their strongest tech. Guys in tier 7 all take him mid difficulty. Hashirama stalemated Edo Madara's full power w/ Mokujin. SS>>Mokujin. Hashirama>>Edo Madara. BM Naruto already had the durability to block things like PS slashes, and the necessary power to eventually break Susanoo open. (Madara still has a chance though) BSM takes it to a whole new level due to Senjutsu. EMS Madara on his own stands no chance, neither does Edo Madara as they share the same full power.

BM Naruto outputs equal power to 5 of Obito's Bijuu, on his own. BSM Naruto>>>BM Naruto. He'd take out the Edo Jinchuuriki with moderate difficulties and then he'd spank Obito. Minato would do the same thing, though instead of Senjutsu making it easier, Hiraishin helps him out. Shinsuusenju catches all Bijuu Dama and blows the Bijuu apart.

Rinnegan Obito is on BM Naruto's tier, not above.

Same thing with Nagato, his power exceeds everybody in Tier 8 by a Landslide and the only person who comes close is Killer Bee. He might be the weakest in Tier 7 but he has the firepower to match guys in Tier 7.

He can't match anyone in Tier 7. Once they use their full power, it'd be 2-3 shots before he gets slaughtered. He isn't strong enough to be a full tier above people like KCM Minato, and he's definitely not strong enough to share a tier with people who vaporize and cut Mountains casually.

Terrible list, you put Madara in the same tier as Hagoromo, and above Naruto and Sasuke, yet he gets OHKOed by Black Zetsu witch Naruto had no problem destroying.

You also put Sasuke with Biju's over RSM Naruto, which the manga even states is wrong.

You added Hamura to the list for no reason, because he has no feats, that same with Hagaromo.

Also Pre-shinju Madara above Sage chakra Naruto? What the hell?

Madara with ordinary SM was able to dodge FTG which is instant and you think he won't be able to dodge a Kamui snipe with Six Paths senjutsu. SM can sense the build up to Kamui which allows him to dodge it. Kamui warp isn't happening either considering he can just switch with a Limbo clone.
