Most likely since DiU did well in sales and VA is one of the most popular parts in Japan.

The "problem" is that VA has a lot of action in the entirety of the franchise so animating it will be very difficult. I predict or at least hope the anime gets a split cour and yeah I think David Pro is just taking their time which is completely fine by me.

I really want to see it animated but gotta wait. It has some of my fav. stands/fights too.
