Hey there newest protege, before we begin let's go through the basics. Tell me all you know about lightning release. Include its uses, forms, elemental strengths and weaknesses, related Kekkei Genkai, and possible results when mixed with other elements such as Suiton.

雷遁, Raiton is one of the five basic elemental nature transformation techniques that allows the user to generate lightning by increasing the high frequency vibrations of their chakra, allowing for piercing damage and fast movement. The electricity paralyses the target so that they are unable to move and leave them vulnerable to a finishing strike.
Uses/forms:
While uncommon, lightning can be infused into bladed weapons in a way similar to Wind Release through chakra flow for increased piercing power through vibrations, with the added effect of inducing numbness. When the technique is released from their bodies, and thus not requiring physical contact, it does not move as fast as true lightning. Instead, due to the control the user has to exert over it, it moves far slower, which can give opponents time to still react.
Fun fact: Lightning Release is common to the ninja of Kumogakure.
Elemental strengths and weaknesses:
Lightning is strong against earth because it can easily travel through and break the ground apart but weak against wind because it is a natural electrical insulator. At the same time, lightning can potentially surpass the penetrative force of wind by increasing the former's vibration frequency high enough.
Kekkei Genkai:
Lightning-natured chakra is a component of the following kekkei genkai: Storm Release.
Storm Release (嵐遁, Ranton; Viz "Gale Style" or "Storm Style") is an advanced nature kekkei genkai that combines lightning and water-based chakra to create energy beams that can be guided towards the enemy.
Fun fact:This kekkei genkai is wielded by several Kumo-nin.
Possible results when mixed with other elements:
Lightning also has a unique relation with water, since water conducts electricity. This means that a Water Release technique can be used to increase the damage of a Lightning Release technique and vice versa. Though this also means that if one's opponent still has a physical connection with the water, either a pre-existing source or one created with their own chakra, then they can be paralysed via their own technique.
Lightning is much more powerful when it utilises natural lightning; a powerful Fire Release technique shot into the sky can produce thunderclouds in preparation for this
My training method is straitforward: I post jutsu for you to perform with as much detail as possible to demonstrate your understanding of the technique and its inner workings like applying nature transformation and shape manipulation. She remembers her training, and quickly releases small portions of raiton chakra troughout her body, manifesting a simple electric shield, while swiftly steping to her right, grabbing the Pain by his extended leg, electrocuting him in the procces.

With that done you utilize the chakra within it to levitate the sword before creating two more physical copies of it, also levitating. You should then control the blades to spin quickly and fly towards your target almost like shurikens. Mow these guys down.

As her sensei finishes with his instructions, Tenten molds some chakra, gathering it in her feet she starts running upwards and left on the cliff, spotting the Pain following her, now right beneath. While running she performs 2 handseals, Snake - upside down Tiger, claping her hands together she releases an electric wave which is cutting trough the cliff right above and behind her like knife trough butter, causing an avalanche of rock debris to fall over her and directly on the incoming Pain.

Confidently she reaches in her pouch, quickly connecting three separate steel parts into what now seems like a short sword. She holds the sword tightly in a reverse grip, it momentarily starts to glow in a blueish color emitting miniature thunderbolts, even producing a barely noticaple chirping sound.
She lifts the sword horizontally in the direction of the incoming Pain's, turning her hand upwards, upon opening her palm the sword starts to hover, 2 psyhical copies are manifested; Tenten lifts her Palm, motioning it upwards then towards the Pain's in a swift and fast movement (as if delivering a taijutsu palm thrust); The electrical blade and it's spinning copies are now flying towards the Pain's fast, coming from their right side; When Tenten notices the blade on an exact path she wanted to see, she simply motions her lifted hand to the right, making the blade cut trough all tree Pains, slicing them in half in a swift spinning motion. She lifts her hand upwards in an "koi" manner, catching her blade back, swiftly disconnecting the parts, putting them away in her pouch.

Tenten than proceeds to walk towards sensei, listening to his new set of instructions; Suddenly Pain-sama turns around expelling a huge suiton dragon, which swirls by Tenten; and continues towards Peins giant crustacean, she immediatly turns around quickly doing a new set of Rabbit → Dog → Boar → Ram → Rat handseals, than she lifts both of her hands, almost placing them on the suiton dragon; suddenly a huge eruption of raiton chakra occurs, she expells a powerfull electricar charge in an almost perfect ratio on the dragon, infusing it with that huge amount of lightning it roars with chirping and thunderous sound, almost as if a new element was produced; it smashes the crustacean in one big terrifying electrified wave.

After hearing her sensei's wise words, she slams her palms together, immediatly producing strong currents of electricity around her, as the chakra around her palms becomes more condensed she slams both of her hands on the ground, sending an electric current towards the Pains; when it's at point blank of them; Tenten is seen motioning her hands in a splitting motion, the current splits into two "tentacles" of lightning, striking both Pains.

Alright. Now i want you to gather lightning in your dominant hand and release it in the shape of a hound. A cord-like bolt of lightning should be connect your hand to the hound once its released, allowing you to control it and direct it toward your target. My dog beats yours any day!

Next, emit from your mouth a jagged beam of lightning capable of reaching long distances. By dividing the beam and sending them in different directions you can have it strike multiple targets and shock them also. Try it out.

Now i want you to create a physical clone of yourself make entirely of lightning. It would be just as fragile as a regular shadow clone but when damaged it transforms back into lightning energy and shocks whoever it's touching at the time. Like a shadow clone it can perform techniques but only b-rank and below lightning.

As Pain sama releases a lightning hound which "runs" towards her, Tenten lifts her right hand immediatly releasing a burst of raiton chakra, she shapes a new lightning hound, attached to her by a "rope" lightning bolt, it now runs towards sensei's, both attacks slam into eachother, producing a significant explosion and a noticable thunder-like sound;
