Water is one of the 5 basic elements along with Raiton, Doton, Katon, and Fuuton. This element is usually specialized in the Hidden Rain or Hidden Mist(.-.) It is strong against fire and weak against earth.

Suiton is one of the five basic elements in the Shinobi World. Suiton is usually specialized in Kirigakure and Amegakure, since both have huge water source surrounding them. Suiton in my perspective is a very powerful move if used properly. It can be used for various combos that can dealt serious injuries to foes. However, it does have its weaknesses. Suiton is at a disadvantage to Doton because it is able to absorb the Water. It is strong against Fire because mainly, Suiton is Fire's main extinguisher. Suiton and Lightning are amazingly powerful. One Lightning touches a water source, it will travel much faster since it is a natural insulator and can be used as a conjunction.
