Sannin will win negative difficulty. Jiraiya himself went against THREE pains and was able to defeat them having NO prior intel. EMS should be a cakewalk for him since he and Tsunade combined would already know about Tsukuyomi, Amaterasu, and Susano'o. Itachi can't surprise the sannin even individually. Even 1 vs 1, the sannin win low-mid difficulty.

Sasuke wins against Jiraya and Tsunade without much difficulty. They have shown zero feats to counter Amatersu and its variants. The only problem would be Orochimaru. Jiriya's sage mode takes forever to initiate, and Tsunade is extremely sluggish to dodge Amatersu or arrows. In fact, Jiriya is not fast enough to dodge arrows as well. Compared to the current tier ninjas - Naruto, Obito, EMS Sasuke, DSM Kabuto, Madara -, aside of Orochumaru, the other two sanins are not much of a challenge for the above mentioned Ninjas.

If Sasuke takes out Tsunade early on; this fight is in the bag. It all depends upon what happens with Tsunade. She's the medic after all, and Jiriya would require her healing back up.

He cannot beat all 3x1 he wuld be beated by oro and Jiraya 2x1 the only one he can deefeat is Tsunade 1v1 but i doubt that Sasuke 1v1 wins against oro or Jiraya.

I am of course talk about orochimaru before he absorbed kabutos powers. he has the feats like before death. and do not forget that jiraiya needs time to use senninmode and fought a hard fight with only animal path. amaterasu magatama can one shot all summons. and how the tree sanin in their base going to avoid amaterasu magatamas which hit 15 targets at once? one blink and one of them burns in amaterasu.

do not forget that itachi deleted the flame from sasukes body to take his eyes and sasuke said that his skinning only worked bwcause itachi stopped amaterasu.

the fight starts, all are in their base, sasuke activated susanoo and throws 20 amaterasu magatamas that cant be avoided all. after this sasuke uses amaterasu on the flor and creates huge flames on the entry battlefield while he himself is protected by susanoo. and they cant summon summons on an amaterasu battle field and since they can not fly, they will be inside this field. this much amaterasu will create clouds therefore sasuke can use kirin, too.

of course sage mode jiraiya + orochimaru who absorbed kabutos powers and tsunade > sasuke.
but the sannin are in their base first and orochimaru is in the state he did not absorb kabutos powers. itachi can just activate susanoo and cover it with flames, so no physical attack (tsunades only ability) works because susanoo will not be harmed but the one who touched it will be dead. and spamming amaterasu magatamas and covering the field with flames, is just too much.

they can not do anything against susanoo which has 4 stages of chakra and is covered with amaterasu. sasuke can counter anyhing and react with his sharingan. but the sannin can not fight against susanoo + amaterasu which are faster. orochimaru was fodder for genjutsu and can not counter amaterasu. jiraiya admitted that he is fodder for genjutsu and he can not counter amaterasu too. tsunade has not shown any resistance to genjutsu and can not counter amaterasu. even the magatamas are too fast and can hit 20 targets at once.

I understand however you completely laying the battlefield out on Sasuke favour and acting like they would be standing still. Oro is much more sufficient at slimming out his body and she's shown this a numerous occasions.

Jiraiya has shown to be able to seal the Amaterasu which mean Tsunade can attack susanoo all she pleases. Another thing is that Amaterasu isn't a 1 hit kill and if you look at the Sasuke V Raikage you can see that he was able to with stand The Amaterasu because it burns slowly. He did cut off his hand however it isn't a instant K0 meaning the person still has the ability to fight and move.

Jiraiya getting in to sage mode wouldn't be a problem in a sense that he would have his summon to protect him along with the other Summon from the rest of them, Sasuke doesn't have great mobility in Susanoo especially if it's complete ... Jiraiya also has ma and pa who have shown incredible feat's, he's got the other 3 summon that Naruto used when fighting pain. Which are shown to be incredibly strong and they can use coloration jutsu.

Yeah however their are three of them who can easily help each other easily escape Jutsu considering that their team work is legendary. They may be weak however Sasuke Genjustu is inferior to Itachis meaning it's less of a danger.

True it would be unwise to summon the toads on the floor is sasuke covered it with Amaterasu however it's been shown that you can summon them were you please...

Which is instant and i believe that it would do some damage to susanoo if not break it considering it was able to pin down a full sized 9 tail...

I could go on although i don't think their is a need and tbh i cant be bothered. Sasuke doesn't have a chance in this situation. The sannin have a vast amount of experience and Jutsu. Their Summon is another massive advantage, however do respect your opinion.
