yea i gotta agree.Remember.we haven seen Itachi fought 100% too.Plus Jiraiya is good too.But i dun think he stands a chance against itachi.Well the best bet is for Oro and tsunade to die.Wif itachi and jiraiya drawing..

MS which is: Susano'o, extreme genjutsu, amaterasu

Here is how susano'O is taken out:
The swamp jutsu jiraiya used on oro's snake, will make susano'o go down to

Amaterasu
Orochimaru will find a way with his many techniques to seal the fire away

Genjutsu
Not really a counter to this
BUT
There are THREE people
And maybe sacrifice one
THen the other two are close to itachi
And kick his ass

Also jiraiyas swamp might not work on a sharingan technique, susano is a mystery, as he appears to be able to hold the sword of totsuka, a genjutsu item and the sword itself didnt look corporeal, it might be that susano is not perfectly tangible or sinkable via that swamp.

Susano is unblockable, but it's not undodgeable.

With Jiraiya's super sage mode speed, Oro's oral rebirth, and tsunade's great ability to not be hit so that she can heal everyone, the three sannin would have no trouble avoiding Susano before Itachi dies of using it.
