1- If Madara was the first to awaken MS, then how did he know that killing the one closest to you will give you MS
2- And again since he was the 1st to have MS how did he know that taking a siblings eye will give you EMS
3- How did Itachi get the Yata mirror and Totsuka sword for his susanoo?
I know it didn't come with his susanoo since Orochimaru was looking for the sword and zetsu knew about the mirror
1- Thats the way he obtained it, so he assumed it was the way to go...
2 - Because many sacrifice were made as experiments to obtained the EMS and they all failed (exchange were between clansmens) _ source _ itachi vs sasuke fight
3- susanoo just a mobile weapon it seems to be able to have things attached to it and no itachi must have searched and found them

Madara is the first to create uchia and all information about killing the closet to you don,t awaken ms every power iñ naruto is activate by emotions and determinations. 2 madara over use is eye more than is brother so he lose sight first and get jealous of is brother who can still see, pull out is brother and place it iñ is and found out he awaken new power. Then full control of the clans and write all these secret how to obtain ms and ems but all along he didn't know anything he was just learning has he go
