SM Naruto has better reflexes than BM Naruto an can sense an attack before it happens as he did with Juubi or the 3rd Raikage. Even BM Naruto had failed to notice that one.

From Above I've just proved that SM Naruto is better than EMS Sasuke in All Physicality i.e.

Naruto is so OP physically and is faster than Sasuke. He even knows when an attack happens. Fast enough to react Juubi beam so Amaterasu is useless.
Plus he can use Clones that make it far more confusing and difficult to deal with as 1 SM Clone is easily Kage Level U_U
So Sasuke will be forced to use Susanoo from the beginning to the very end U_U
How Naruto deals with Sasuke's Enton Covered Susanoo one might ask. The answers is simple than one might think

Way 2
As seen earlier how strong SM Naruto is I mean tossing that Giant Rinnegan Rhino was something. Here The real Naruto does nothing his clones however perform the dirty work for him. A clone can do anything the real one does and is completely immune to any sort of Genjutsu.
This may sound a little crazy but its completely possible. Sasuke loses his mobility when he is in complete Susanoo form. Now the clones can get really close to it thanks to SM+Speed+Sensor. One clone tosses the Susanoo doesn't matter if Amaterasu hits him or not while the other one pulls Sasuke out and then its a matter of simple punch really because in SM a punch is enough to kill and it doesn't even have to actually hit. If you even wave around the opponent the damage is done.

I haven't even brought the 3 Toads and have given you solid ways to beat Sasuke with. I have Another set of ways that would work perfectly against EMS Sasuke but I'll leave it for later.
Also Let me say that you've assumed that FRS would fail against Susanoo which isn't the case but I'll let you have it.
